Asked for a mid fade and nothing off the top. I've been growing out my hair for the past 3 months while maintaining the side. She did a mid fad and then started to use scissors and went to cut the top, and I had to remind her nothing off the top. She needed to clean up the fade, and again, I said I wanted a mid fade, and she proceeded to blend the fade, and I ended up with a messed up high fade. I told her to stop at this point due to the fact that she would have kept cutting more and more and didn't seem to know what she was doing. And they still wanted me to pay for a messed-up haircut. At this point, the fade is so high and unblended that I'm going to have to find another place to fix it or shave my head and start over growing out my hair. Do not come to this place!

Been there once for the hair cut, she was fast and did good job on the hair. Online check in made it war for me. Definitely recommend this location.

I will never go there again, the F-Up my hair. Location was 452 W Huntington Dr, Monrovia, CA 91016. I wanted a military hair cut. I showed her a picture and told her if she can do that, she said yes.

This place should close down. I came here twice in my life, first time it was so bad I didn't pay. Second time, my hair looked like the Rocky Mountains. At the end of the second haircut, another stylist stood behind me staring at my head. I didn't think much but once I got home, the sides were chopped up.

Well. This place was very busy years ago...waiting area was always full. This morning is very different. No traffic and the management has changed. The receptionist kept mispronounced my first name incorrectly three times. And I corrected her twice. I told her to layer my hair the same way how it was done last time. She said, " oh...one length, right?" I repeated saying it is layered not one length. She parted the hair and trimmed 1.5 inches all around. She showed me the hair from the floor. She grabbed the top part like combing a pony tail and trimmed 1 inch...Then, this hairdresser asked me why I looked so sad? I told her this is the first time I saw how layer is done. She said, this is how I cut. Everyone cuts differently. She literally stopped. I told her please continue and finish the haircut. Then, she finally stopped after 1 minute. The entire haircut took less than 5 minutes. I left with no tip.
