When I signed up for this service a couple of years ago, it was fast and did not have as many outages as Spectrum. However, there have been problems recently that has led to slow speed (they said it was due to line breakage because of the weather) and outages in the past month. They don’t do a good job of communicating when there’s an outage and their line is often disconnected or there’s no answer when there’s an outage. When I called to complain about the slow internet a couple of weeks ago and some other times before this, they often pointed to my router as being the problem until they determined that it was a problem on their side. They need more training on customer support and a better business continuity and disaster recovery plan.

Still have yet to find a honest internet service provider.I first tried spectrum. They get you with promo offers for a limited time. You have to keep negotiating every year and then it's still overpriced.Then there's giggle fiber, a decent price of $40 a month... until they turn off my internet use for live streaming. I live alone and don't ever come close to going over my data speeds. 500mb speed is plenty and to actually game and live streaming isnt even half of that. Yet my stream always got random cut off with no internet.I sent out complaints to giggle fiber and they just keep trying to upsell my speeds plan. Upselling when I'm not even close to using all my speeds in a single person residence..They are not an honest company.Im waiting for Sonic Internet to be available in the area before I cancel with Giggle Fiber.The internet also goes entirely down randomly, with no notices.For someone who just browses the internet this is probably the cheapest plan in the area. If you do anything more, just know they will restrict your internet in order to bait upselling for you to get a higher speed plan.Good luck!

My internet was down and I had an important project due online. I tried to call the customer service line before they closed, the line doesn’t even work. It kept telling me to try your call again later.

Giggle had been a quality service provider thus far, we've been happy. Though rare, when a tech was needed to come to our home to resolve an issue, Frank was especially courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue in no time! Oddly, the customer service reps are a bit rude...thank goodness we interact with them even less! Glad to have this reliable local option.

I recently encountered a significant issue with Giggle Internet that has left me extremely dissatisfied. Our Wi-Fi service was unexpectedly disconnected, and when I reached out for support, I was informed that it couldn’t be restored until the following morning. This experience highlighted a critical limitation with smaller service providers like Giggle Internet – their inability to match the round-the-clock customer service offered by larger companies.While I understand that smaller businesses might have resource constraints, reliable internet service is a non-negotiable need in today’s world, especially for those of us working or managing responsibilities from home. The lack of immediate support and resolution not only caused inconvenience but also disrupted my work schedule significantly.It’s disheartening to see a service provider fall short in offering essential customer support, a cornerstone of any service-based industry. I had hoped that choosing a smaller provider would mean more personalized attention, but unfortunately, this was not the case with Giggle Internet. This experience has made me reconsider my decision and serves as a cautionary tale for others who expect dependable service and support from their internet provider.

The lady at customer service has a horrible attitude, she is very rude and should not be a customer service representative with that kind of an attitude.Everyone else working at Giggle Fiber in very professional and courteous!

Speeds are great but for valorant the ping stability is horrible. Every other game is fine, but only valorant always spikes to 120-130ms for around 10 min. Everytime I call im asked to do a trace route that takes 20-30 min and by then the lag is gone. Waste of time.
