I highly recommend this Jewelry store. I was visiting my daughter in Monrovia and I broke a prong on my ring on the way to her house. I stopped in this store on a Monday and explained that I was only in Monrovia for a week. The two gentlemen who worked there looked at my ring and said they could fix the prong. I asked if it could also be made a half size larger as it has gotten a little tighter. The gentleman working the counter measured my finger. The jeweler gave me a quote that was very reasonable and told me it would be done on Wednesday. They called me the next day and told me my ring was already done!!!!! He did an amazing job. It looks beautiful and feels great.

I had to get my battery changed for my watch so I decided to go to Gem City Jewelers. Their price for the battery change was very reasonable. Soon after I got it changed, I dropped my watch and it stopped working. I went back to Gem City Jewelers and they fixed it with no charge. They are very honest and really great customer service.

I would never go anywhere else. If they are not open I would wait and go another day. You will not find better quality or more honest jewelers. This is a generational store. I absolutely am delighted when I get to see Archie as he does not come in often. His son Sarven has taken over and his jewelry designs and repairs are flawless. I alway look forward to seeing Sarven and Greg whom are always hard at work but will always make time for us and never make us feel rushed.

My fiancé took my engagement ring here after it got ruined and dented by another jeweler. The guys at Gem City had it fixed up in no time and I am beyond grateful that they were able to help us!
