I went to buy a liquid called Orange Degrese and when I was going to pay for it they told me that they didn't ask me to sell it because of some risk with the product if it has something toxic to your health because they don't take it back but rather you queue up to pay and they come out with this It didn't seem like a novelty to me, I spent time and gasoline to buy it, they should remove it if they are not going to sell it for some reason.

I am a Pro costumer. I buy materials in many Home Depots, from Van Nuys to Riverside.
This one branch is on the low end costumer service and efficiency.
Branch manager Ostin, having a calm chat with 4-5 other reps while costumers wait.
I was waiting for many days for Ostin to call me back about my order. He never called or answer many of my phone calls. 4 days later he canceled my order, because "the warehouse doesn't deliver that far". Forget about the fact that I have had delivered from Home Depot in the same location; 2 separate window orders, replacement glass, gravel, etc.
I called this branch many times and got different answers. I called then the corporate number and got the same result ???

I go to lots of Home Depots in southern California, and this location has the best toilet paper in the restrooms. It's not the cheap see threw paper. Good job.

They always have everything, most inventory available in if you need to order something within 48 hours you have it.

This Home Depot is getting worse and worse. Last week they said they had no one to cut lumber. This week, I needed a 4x4 cut to fit in my car. Went to the desk to ask for someone to be called to cut the wood. Went back and waited. 20 minutes later. Nothing. Went back up to the desk and they told me he was on lunch break! Said they would call the manager. 15 minutes later, a guy shows up. No apology but nice. This is not the first time. And why do I know about building, painting, etc than the people who work the departments? Why do I know more about their inventory than they do when I ask a question? Why do I have to hunt the aisles to find someone to help?

This review is mainly for the garden nursery and plants at Home Depot Monrovia, and I have to say, it's a fantastic spot if you're looking to spruce up your garden or add some greenery indoors. They offer great prices on a variety of plants, including fruit trees, shrubs, cacti, landscape flowers, and other greenery. I noticed their pepper plants were thriving, and they were only around $10--super affordable for such healthy-looking plants. If you're starting a garden or just need to bring some life into your home, this Home Depot pretty much has everything you'd need. The fresh flower section is also a huge plus, though it's located inside the store rather than in the nursery. I usually buy flowers from Trader Joe's, but they often run out, especially in the afternoon. However, Home Depot consistently has a great selection throughout the day. I bought 5 decently-sized sunflowers for only $5.98, and their larger bouquets range from $14-$16, which is much cheaper than other places. While they don't have a lot of greenery for making custom bouquets, the quality and price make up for it. I went through self-checkout, and it was super easy to use. The screen was intuitive, and there were workers nearby if anyone needed help. As a bonus, I loved seeing the Christmas decorations set up inside the store while I was making my way to the checkout. It gave me some holiday spirit as I finished up my shopping! Overall, if you're into gardening, need flowers, or just love to explore a well-stocked nursery, this Home Depot is definitely worth a visit!

No one listens and those who listen don’t understand
Ordered a delivery to be delivered between 8 am-12 pm ,called 3 times for the same until the last minute at 6 pm someone tells me we are sorry your delivery got damaged
Please avoid ordering if they will deliver at all cost

If the store closes at 10pm employees should not be locking doors before 10pm. Change your posted times or follow your set times.

Wow how I love Home Depot! There's always something you need and the intense employee training is bar none for excellence! So much to see here and I always love the warm welcoming greetings from all the staff members! This one here in Monrovia is terrific!
