On Sunday we had an accident in La Puente and this tow truck company was called to come pick up the car and this man was being very rude and disrespectful to the people that where there looking at the crash. He was calling the people dumbasses and fucken idiots. If he's not happy with his job then what is he doing there he needs to go. He should be fired for being disrespectful and raices to the people

My car got stolen and taken to California (from Florida) Police recovered it and took it here for impound. Thank God for AJ! He helped TONS! Made me feel comfortable and went above AND BEYOND (more than I would have done lol) Of course it cost a lot to get out etc etc etc but that’s expected. If it wasn’t for AJ I have a feeling this would have been impossible trying to facilitate being 3000 miles away. Much much muchhhh appreciated? ***5⭐️!!***

Worst towing company out there, stay away from them, they will try to rip you off right away, and made you waste your time waiting for a tow services first making you wait a long time and when they arrive is just to change their rates UP to whatever they want.Even if you have AAA they prioritize other calls that pay better than AAA members, and at the end they dont respect AAA either, they will try to charge you on the side and rip you off.This people will tell you that the tow truck will arrive in 25-30 minutes, and two hours later, after they are done with the calls that pay more they will send you a truck if available but in between they will lie to you with the tow truck ETA.Be aware and stay away from this people, there are many other tow companies that can help you.The owner have multiple phone numbers, some are listed online some are not, so you can't find them.Again, stay away if you can.

Awful experience, with them and AAA! They showed up and, I guess, getting my RV out was too much work for them so the driver refused and left. They said if they have to use a winch to pull it out it's not covered by AAA. Then AAA sent them back and same thing excuses, AAA said they cannot help me and now I'm stuck figuring it out on my own???

I called this place to unlock my car and when the guy came he was not careful with the instrument he used to unlock my car and swung it and hit my car door and it chipped the paint. He then refused to give me his name or insurance information and he got very aggressive and the police had to be called. I finally got his insurance. Don't use this company.Service: Car lockouts
