I hate having to go to the body shop, but when I do, I only go to Ferrari Bros. This is run by the team that ran Marco’s South Pasadena years ago, before it was sold. That place was legendary for top notch work, and the experience now continues at Ferrari Bros. They only use OEM parts and their focus on high quality work and customer service is second to none. They guarantee their work for life and if you spot anything wrong (which is rare), they will make it right. This is an easy “I highly recommend them”, five star review.

Amazing service by all the staff especially Steve. We really above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was well taken care of. Never had this amazing experience at a body shop before.

We were completely satisfied the first time we used Ferrari Brothers Collision Center, so when we needed our car fixed again, we didn’t hesitate to use them again. Their staff is friendly and professional. They are quick to get your vehicle in, provide frequent updates on the status of the repair, and make the whole process easy and smooth. The work is impeccable and the car looks like new. When the work is done, they wash it inside and out. Steve is great. He quickly replies to questions and goes above and beyond. I made some special requests for repairs that weren’t due to the accident and he made it happen.
Hopefully we won’t need their services again, but if we do, they will be our first call.

Had my car recently repaired here. Thanks to Steve he had my car returned back to me in such a short timely matter. I was given updates from him on how the status of my car was. My car looked brand new. I am extremely satisfied and I appreciate that upon getting my vehicle back, Steve took the time to show me the areas that were repaired and took the time to answer any additional questions I had. Thank you to Steve and the entire Staff for taking good care of my car. I would definitely recommend any auto repair work done at Ferrari Brothers Auto Shop.

Steve Sy will take care of you. They only use OEM parts.
My car was hit from behind. The damage was extensive.
Steve communicated every step of the repair. I was never left wondering what was going on through the whole process. When I got my car back, I didn't have to worry about returning the rental car. They took care of that. When I got my car back, it looked and felt like it just came off the factory assembly line, if not better.
Couldn't be more happy.

There are many shops around that you can go to for your car, but if you want it to be the best experience and quality work being done... there is no place that can beat Ferrari Brothers Body Shop. The professionalism and quality of their craft is unbeatable. I know that there is nothing they can't handle or solve based on my experience with them. Their ability to quickly help and not waste any time is unbelievable.
I want to specifically mention and highlight Steve who is the kindest and most genuine human who helped us. Guiding us through the whole process and taking away any worries or questions as his priority. His patience, understanding, and willingness to help is the level of an angel. All the staff there are top notch and made us feel at home. Everything you need they have it at there shop. The shop is extra good with communicating and making sure that you up to date with the processes and know what should be done next. This place is doing beyond what any shop can do for their customers.
Confidently, I have found my home with Ferrari Brothers Body Shop forever and only trust them for my needs on my car now on.

This auto body shop is the very best you can ever hope for. It is hard to find honest, fair and quality auto body shops. Insurance companies often make their “authorized” body shops put on after market parts to bring down the price of the repair. Ferrari Brothers fights for you with the insurance company to get OEM parts. Their repairs are top shelf! Do yourself a favor and don’t go anywhere else if you should need body work on your car!

Ferrari Brothers is absolutely the best body shop that I have ever been to! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I 100% would. Jeff and Steve are the nicest, most knowledgeable people that I could’ve ever hoped for. They helped me so much with the entire process of fixing my car, they even helped me with dealing with insurance. Not only did they fix my car beautifully, they fixed additional issues they found unrelated to my accident and went so far above and beyond the call of duty. They also detailed my car before giving back to me and checked that every feature of my car was working perfectly. Both Steve and Jeff were in constant communication with me and gave me frequent updates on the status of my repair, which is normally not the case with other body shops. They also repaired my car in a timely manner, even finishing it well ahead of time. I cannot even express how beyond happy I am to have found them and what an amazing job they did. If you are looking for a body shop, look no further, bring your car to Ferrari Brothers, you will NOT regret it!

I researched body shops the day after I ordered 2 new cars from the dealership, just in case something happened.Ferrari Brothers surpassed all the shops I visited by a large margin. Steve Sy, the manager, gave me a tour of their complete facility at my request. No other place wanted to do that or had reasons why they couldn’t while I was there.What I was looking for was a clean and organized shop. Well, I found it at Ferrari Brothers!Two years later one of my vehicles was T-Boned and there was a question if it would be totaled or not. Fortunately it was able to be repaired and the job was flawless.It was impossible to see where the shop had painted or where they had made the welds that were needed. Everything looked and functioned the same as the day I took delivery 2 years before.The car came back cleaner than the day I dropped it off. I never had to call for status updates because Steve called me at least once a week, usually more often.If you want a worry free car repair experience this is the place. If you want auto body repairs that are not visible to the eye Ferrari Brothers is the place to go.
