Review for deliveries out of Arcadia, CA -- Why is it that Fed Ex cannot follow delivery instructions? The last 6 out of 7 deliveries were delivered to the front door, left on the front porch in plain view from the street and not to the rear door as instructions on delivery label states. They even leave packages right on top of the sign on the doorstep directing all deliveries to the rear door. They sure make it easy for porch pirates to spot & steal our packages. When customer service was called to report delivery issue, reps response was "What are you complaining about? You received your package right?". Do you consider that great customer service or do you think that shows customers are valued? Don't have this problem with USPS or UPS deliveries.

I was expecting a package on 12/27/23 and was notified on the fed ex tracking link that it was delayed and new expected delivery date was Tues1/2/24 by 8pm, then I get a call from the fed ex store on 1/4 saying they will be sending it back if I don't come pick up my package the same day. I call back to let them know the tracking link makes it appear it was still in transit and that it told me the new delivery date was postponed to 1/2/24. Rather than taking accountability for the unclear notifications via tracking link she says I should have scrolled to the of the page and click the drop down menu for more details, yet, this is not explained on the website so how would I know to search for these details of it being at the location since 12/27 when it previously said my package had a new delivery date of 1/2? It wasn't until 1/3 that it changed to pending delivery date, yet she acted as if it was my issue vs taking responsibility which is poor customer service by the manager at this location.

Update: NEVER EVER EXPECT ANYTHING SHIPPED TO YOU BY FEDEX TO ARRIVE. A bold statement yes, but fedex recently denied our claim that the item did not arrive at our home and that we did not sign for the delivery.This even after they claimed I signed for the delivery and their own supposed "proof of signiture" form did not have any signiture and, it is evident that I was not at home at the time of delivery. The fact that they fired the driver telks us a lot. They cover up for thefts by their drivers. Dishonest scam artists.

For a customer service industry to lack customer service is not ideal. This is this spot. Visit on your own risk. Lack initiative to help inexperienced clients (me +3 others in the hour I was there). Lack of training understanding procedures to help clients who are attempting at using their business. And lack of professionalism when other clients are advising of the happening outside their front door (purse left on the floor outside) at their address. I understand todays hustle and ease but not everyone fits the tech savvy title and it should adapt accordingly to you're clientele.

I had to ship a return that was over 1k so I was a little nervous but everything turned out fine. I do love the shorter lines they have over UPS. The workers are always helpful and nice. Parking is a little tight but there's usually spots so I appreciate that. The price of shipping really has gone up in value so I try to avoid paying out of pocket for anything and usually get shipping labels from whoever I am returning to. I definitely will be coming back for more services.

I appreciate going to FedEx print shop for their quick turnaround time. They have a easy system. Send documents to the email, review it when you get there and print. Or you can send the print in advance.

FedEx Arcadia deliveries are never on time. Or even on promised day. I was sent a package with a required signature and given a delivery day and timeframe by FedEz. It didn’t arrive by the promised time and date. I’m still waiting for it. Unbelievably poor customer service.

I wanted to get a picture printed on cardstock and was able to get it done all within a hour from the comfort of my own home. I called, emailed the photo, and when the picture was printed, I got a call from a sales associate & was able to just swing by to pick it up. The service was good for what its worth. The price of the print was fair. Plenty of parking!!

I went in to get a large scan job, which I have done at this location many times before. I address the clerk and ask for what I need like I usually do. The young lady who helped me asked if I needed copies of my large scan, I said no, I only needed the large documents scanned and put on my flash drive. She says to give her a moment and she takes my documents over the scanner, I figure it's to make sure they fit the size limit of the scanner which I was aware of and prepared for. After some time, she comes back and proceeds to move the files over to my flash drive. I was shocked, they usually ask me to come back the next day which I mentioned to her, I figured maybe they were not too busy so they did my scan job sooner. We walk over to the register and she proceeds to ring me up. I take a quick glance at the screen and see the two scan jobs I was expecting to pay for and then look away to get back to the work email on my phone. She verbally tells me the price and I said "Sheesh, I have been trying to buy a scanner like you guys have but have been unable to find one," and she said "I know, I feel like we charge too much." The price was about $400 which felt like a lot, but it was a big scan job and I trusted they had their math right. I was in a hurry so I paid the bill, took my stuff and went back to work. Something just didn't feel right about the price so when I got to work I compared my new receipt to a previous one and the discrepancy was kind of huge. There was an $87 charge I didn't understand, so I called to asked about it, the young lady on the phone was the same one who helped me earlier and she told me that the charge was a same-day job fee. I was very confused because I did not ask for a same-day job nor was I informed by anyone that a same-day job charge would be placed on my order. I explained that she never asked me if I wanted a same-day job or that there was an extra charge for same day job. I am aware that they do charge extra for same-day, but I was never given the option. She proceeded to tell me that she just assumed I wanted the same-day option and that there was a miscommunication. I asked follow up questions about the charge to understand the circumstances as to why this would be placed on an order. I asked the young lady how I prevent this from happening in the future, if there is anything I should say. She told me that when request future scan jobs, I should specify to the person helping me, that this is not a same-day job and I can wait for the next day. Idk about you guys, but I don't think it's my job to explain to an employee of a company to not give me unnecessary charges. I thought this to myself and not verbalize over the phone. I have always believed that people are more likely to help you when you are kind rather than rude or explosive, being from a customer service background myself, so I thanked the young lady for the info and made my way back to FedEx.I walked into the store and explained to the attendant that I wanted to speak to someone who was authorized to do refunds. I was directed to wait for the manager but he was busy and then the assistant manager came over to speak to me. I explained the situation in the same detail as I am telling you now. I explained that nothing was wrong with my order but that I was given an unnecessary charge. I explained how I thought it was in bad form as a business for someone to make an assumption about my intentions and make me pay for something I would of said no to if I was given the option. He asked if I was aware of same-day charges and I explained that I was, so he said that I should have known I would be charged because I took my order the same-day. I explained that I was a repeat customer and that in every other time, I was always told to come the next day. I continued to explain that since my order was done so fast, I thought maybe they were not so busy that day and I appreciate how speedy the process was. I arrived on a Saturday morning with the need for a FedEx label that a merchant needed via email. Fortunately there were no other customers when I arrived and three idle employees in conversation with each other. After making my request- they seem puzzled and said they could not help me. They said I needed to go home and set up my own FedEx account and email the label myself. I could also use one of their rented computers to set up an account and do it myself. I was surprised they were not willing to provide or email me a label I was willing to pay for. I knew the size and weight of the item. I left perplexed. On the way home I stopped at the UPS store. There were 4 customers in the shop. I told the cashier what I needed- she immediately summoned her manager and I got what I needed in about 10 minutes. They even emailed the label directly to the merchant and copied me!!!! I will recommend the UPS store on Myrtle for all your shipping needs.

Zero stars. Poorly functioning/poorly maintained printers at a printing venue and equally poor customer service. A 5 minute print job from a code took 30 minutes because nothing was functioning in the store. Clerk responds, "What do you mean? We still have to charge you for self service even though we could charge you extra for behind the counter services."I wouldn't need behind the counter services if a printing store's printers worked properly.

Do not come here for FedEx or Passport services. They do not take digital photos to print and their scanner for fedex never works**.**prob works tbh

Unable to speak to a representative/store employee. Only a useless piece of garbage recording. I need information about a product i am looking for.A recording can’t help. A live person can. I hate recording if it cannot transfer me to a live person. Sooo impersonal. I am not a machine or robot. I am a human being.

So glad I didn't have to go pickup at a distribution center. Like the idea the package was made available at a store with late hours as well.
