Convenient store for shipping, packaging, laminating or any office needs. I've been to this location a hand full of times. Always been simple to ship a fedex envelope or send a package. Also, I needed to laminate something for work and it was simple. Will return, thank you FedEx Monrovia.

The customer service at this Fed Ex location is always excellent and the employees are extremely helpful. Chris, specifically, is very kind and very patient, His excellent customer service skills really make a difference.

Zero stars. Poorly functioning/poorly maintained printers at a printing venue and equally poor customer service. A 5 minute print job from a code took 30 minutes because nothing was functioning in the store. Clerk responds, "What do you mean? We still have to charge you for self service even though we could charge you extra for behind the counter services."I wouldn't need behind the counter services if a printing store's printers worked properly.

FedEx Monrovia location really went above and beyond with their customer service. I was in need of some printing and both Staples and Office Depot were not able to assist. FedEx was able to fulfill my request in a timely manner with an excellent quality of product. I am very grateful for all of the staff at this location!Specifically Reuben, Monica, & Chris - THANK YOU!

I just wanted to say that Linda gives AMAZING customer service. I had never been there to print before and all I had to do was tell her I didn't know how to and she came right over to help me as soon as she could. She explained EVERYTHING very clearly! She showed me how to work the machine. She was also so very nice and sweet and complimented my hair and showed interest in my necklace charm. A wonderful first time experience, indeed!

Ive got to extend my gratitude to Michael for his assistance and professionalism (under my deadline) circumstances.Michael greeted at the door and immediately grabbed the "Bull by the horns" He realized the sense of urgency and quickly sped me through the email retrieval, scan, copy making and send processes. I appreciate his ability to fully follow my intentions and get my project and me out the door and on my way. I wish all services, everywhere went this smoothly.

FedEx lost my package (not the fault of the store) and after hours of phone callS to customer service they said it was located in this facility but when I went in the store employee said it wasn't there. I asked for a manager and got Melanie. The reason for the negative review is the lack of diligence on the part of the store manager Melanie. She was reluctant to do anything in terms of finding a solution and frankly didn't seem to care about finding my package. Things happen, things get lost, misplaced, or even damaged, it's not the end of the world but how you handle those situations determines the outcome. I don't like leaving negative feedback and I've actually slept on this for some time but when your in the customer service industry you have to learn to service your customers properly. Hope this helps, I would still use FedEx but would definitely try avoiding this location at 935 W. Huntington drive.

I had to fax some documents tonight and I came in and was welcomed by Jessica!! She was very professional and provided me with EXCELLENT customer service!! She walked me thru the steps of faxing the documents patiently and kindly. From now on when I need to fax or ship anything I will be coming to this store. THANK YOU Jessica for a job well done!! Giving credit for positive can-do spirit and excellent levels of patience, but these condolence card inserts were off center and they picked the wrong file from the two in email. We ran a sample print-out when I placed the order, but that sample was ignored when they ran off the job, so the requested bottom margin was missing. Then, of the 80 print outs, only EIGHT were cut correctly. If there had been more time, pretty sure they would've given me a re-do, but there wasn't time. Our cards looked LAME, but sent anyway to arrive by Christmas. Pretty bummed.
