This is a place that is highly recommended!! I am from LA, and aost 90% of mechanics are not always the most straightforward, especially if you are a female. It's true. I do know a little bit of basics due to my bad experience in car troubles. But Luis is such a professional, honest person. I really found a good mechanic that will do a thorough diagnostic. I am glad he was able to find the issue with my breaks and belt in the vehicle. My little old car had the service it really needed. It drives very well, and I am happy and safer. The value of service was very reasonable.

I had a very good experience with owner Luis today when I had an emergency and had my car towed to his shop. He is very professional and explains everything on how my car was checked to get a proper diagnosis. I truly appreciated that information.

I've found my new trusted mechanic! The door handle to my Nissan Rogue broke and I ordered the part thinking I could do it myself. After watching a few videos I decided that was a silly idea, so I called a few shops near me. Luis was by far the kindest person I spoke to and sounded the most trustworthy. His hourly labor charge was a bit more than the mechanic I had been going to, but he was confident it wouldn't take him an hour to do (where the other shop quoted at least two hours). I dropped off my car around 9 AM and while waiting for an Uber, Luis actually offered to drop me off at home which was such a sweet offer. I had asked if it would be possible to have it done by 2, but around 11 he called and said it was all done. When I picked it up I chatted with him about my AC being broken and he tried a quick fix to see if he could get it working (it didn't work but I really appreciate him trying). I didn't realize until later but he even fixed the issue that was causing my check engine light to go off! I'll definitely be back for the plethora of repairs this car needs. Don't be fooled by the slightly higher hourly price-- he's definitely worth it and is way more efficient and trustworthy than any other mechanic I've been to. Thanks Luis!

Luis is the owner and what a great guy! He is very honest and upfront with what needed to be done with my mothers Fiat. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the repairs and did good quality work. Definitely found our new mechanic going forward and very happy with his work. I would definitely recommend him and prices are good.

We have had several services done here and when we needed to bring one of our vehicles over right away Luis was more than kind. This is the best, most honest auto repair shop I've ever been to.Luis is a phenomenal, honest, fair, and hardworking businessman. My wheel bearing fell apart on my way home to San Jose (350 miles away). I got to the shop at 4:50pm, by 5:10pm Luis diagnosed the issue and ordered parts ASAP and was super transparent about the part and labor costs. He started working on the fix immediately after receiving expedited parts and he had us on my way home by 8pm!!He was so hospitable and made me and my girlfriend feel super welcome. He restored my faith in humanity. I wish I had a mechanic like him back home. If I'm ever in the area again and need help, I know where I'll be going.

Luis is extremely honest, timely, and just does really great work. After experiencing my fair share of dishonest mechanics, I asked my neighbors for their recommendations. They gave me Luis’ contact information. They couldn’t have given be a better referral.The day I was supposed to drop my car off at Dan’s automotive I got a flat tire. Luis was able to get my tire patched from the tire shop across the street. He even offered to change the low battery on my key fob. I highly recommend taking your car to Dan’s automotive. They really go above and beyond. I plan on taking my car and my husband’s to Luis for many years to come…

Came here after a horrible experience at another auto shop and Luis completely inspired a change of heart. I went from salty to sweet real quick! I briefly explained all the things the former auto shop claimed to be wrong with my car, Luis relieved my anxiety when he basically offered to inspect my car for free and told me everything was fine. I mean who does that?! He also informed me of what I should watch for soon (my break pads in a few months). His honesty, kindness and authenticity blew me away. It's so hard to trust people these days and Luis served as a beautiful reminder that good people do exist.

Dan's Auto was very accommodating even though I had to come in last-minute on a Friday for a broken window, and minor maintenance.Luis the owner, and co. were friendly, straightforward and efficient, and everything was done in less than 1 working day. Luis is very kind and a true gentleman. His service is top notch, he is organized, clean, and highly communicative. I actually owe him $7 because I didn't bring enough cash on my last visit. I was so embarrassed, and I told him I would go to the bank and head back. He told me not to worry about it and asked me to pay it forward. My experience with mechanics has never been this honest, thoughtful, and accurate. I appreciate him very much. He does great work and is a great person!

Luis, the owners was absolutely incredible! Too many times have I dealt with shady mechanics that milk you for everything they can but not Luis. He's been at this for a few decades and when I brought my vehicle to have a issue figured out and fixed, he only changed me for the work he did and not the diagnostic. The man and the mechanics he has working for him have the utmost integrity along with incredible skill. Look nowhere else

Louis is very knowledgeable on just about anything automotive. By far the most trustworthy, honest, and fair. Through the pandemic they survived and never gave up on their customers.
