S+++++ rating for my guys at Czar. I'm local to them and they came through with helping me install a 65" Samsung the frame Art TV. I bought the same TV and BestBuy Totaltech's service to deliver and install. I wasted 12 hours of my client's work hours to get a TV installed. What took Czar and his team (Luis and Jacob) 1 hour, took BestBuy 2 no show cancellations and no courtesy callz and 3 weeks of delay to do what they did in an hour. Shame on the BestBuy duarte. Thanks David and team.

The people at Czar are friendly and helpful. They have excellent customer service and are there for all your audio and video needs. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a new installation or an upgrade to their existing system. Thank you.

David, Louie, & Scott provide excellent customer service. They are patient and persistent in their approach. I would highly recommend this business for new and upgrade jobs. It is nice to deal with a person as opposed to a chat bot or someone on the phone. Thank you.

I definitely recommend czar they took care of me and made sure I was totally satisfied with all the work they did I spent over 200k and definitely don't regret it! Terrible customer service experience. We have been dealing with this outfit for seven years when they installed our smart home system. The installers were very good but everyone else is terrible. Horrible customer service orientation, and it has only gotten worse in recent months.

Had a very positive experience working with CZAR audio. This is the 2nd time working with them and each time I was left feeling extremely happy that I had found CZAR audio. Dave and his team were extremely informative and attentive to our home audio wants and needs. i was referred to Czar Audio by another Audio company from Pasadena. I talked to the owner, Dave Fernandez over the phone and was immediately put at ease. He did not talk like a salesperson, and we actually talked about other things before getting down to business. The same rapport was there when we met face-to-face. Talked about need/options, then sent me away to think about what I wanted. So after a week or so, i made my decision and made my purchase. An installation appointment was made, and the 2 technicians (Jacob and i believe, Lue or Lui) arrived and were as professional and courteous as you could ask for. They performed the equipment install, cleaned up my wiring and were done in short order. System sounds great...!!!....I will continue to maintain my relationship with CZAR Home Theater and highly recommend them for any home audio/video needs...b.t.w...their shop is very clean and impressive in the set-up.

These guys are one of the best!! I have been relying on their services and advices for years to help me with not only my business but for my personal entertainment and security alarm system as well. They are extremely professional and detailed at what they do, making sure clients like me (who is technical challenged) understands the process of how things works. The owner will follow up on the site to make sure his guys are on top of things, on time and everything is left clean when they are finished. After the work is done they would call me back to make sure I'm happy and everything is running well not just once but twice. Who does that these days ?! I can't refer them fast enough! I highly recommend them for all entertainment and security needs.

I was very happy with our service with Czar Audio. I called and Dave was very attentive to what I needed and was very accommodating to my times. He set up a service call the next day and figured out what the problem was with my stereo system that no one else could figure out. His employee was very nice and very polite and answered all our questions. Will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.
