Carlos and his team were excellent to work with. I brought in my ride to have the carbon fiber hood scoops refinished and a couple dings in the door looking better. Carlos did awesome with great communication, was very efficient, and his prices were reasonable. I would definitely use his services, although I will be moving out of state soon. Thanks, Carlos!

Went to CoachCraft for a scratched bumper on my new Tacoma. I was greeted by Carlos and he was very honest and forthcoming about my options and the pros and cons for them all. His pricing was way better than some of the other collision repair centers in Monrovia/Duarte and so was his professionalism and courtesy. Ultimately I decided to do a spot repair. It came out PERFECT. Looks just as new as when I first got the truck. Shout out to Carlos and his team for their amazing work. They are good people who are very talented.

Coachcraft is by far the best body shop I had ever used, this is even when measured against the most respected body shops in LA that specialized in Ferrari, Porsche ...... They even showed me how the former cut corners in the repair of my Final 50 Jaguar XKR, the one time over the past 25 years that I used one of the latter at my Jaguar Service Dept manager, a trusted patient of mine's recommendation , due to the complexity of damage to the fiberglass body. The family owned business have always done such a good job, not to mention the fair price they give me. I am so enamored with the service I received from them, that even after I moved to Carmel, more than 300 miles away, I still go to them, even at the expense of nights of hotel stay. On top of that, I had, on more than one occasion, expressed my appreciation of their personable, stupendous service with additional gratuity. Need I say more how about what good they are.

Just very disorganized. Coach Craft used to be good but when they changed owners, it went down hill. Nice people but very disorganized. I would recommend shopping around before settling.

I was at a different auto shop and I asked for a nearby body shop. I was referred to Coachcraft down the street and I popped in on a whim to see if I could talk to a mechanic and ask them to fix a minor problem on my car. Carlos was on his way out to lunch, but when I asked, he offered to delay his lunch and work on my car himself on the spot! I was very surprised, I'm used to being told to wait for these things. Then Carlos went above and beyond, he offered to drive me to a local area to eat and wait, he then made sure that I provide my number so that they could call me when my car was ready. The car was ready within one hour and I had comfortably waited and had lunch. Carlos drove back to pick me up and then showed me the great work he did on the car. When it came time to pay, he charged me what seemed to be a very fair rate for the time he spent working on the car. I couldn't stop thanking Carlos enough. He went far beyond the level of service I have received at body/auto shops. I told him (and I really mean this), that I will drive way out of my way to bring him future business.

Carlos and his team do fantastic work. Have had numerous repairs done here and he works well with insurance companies to get the job done in a timely manner. He just did an awesome job detailing my car yesterday (plus paint less dent removal and headlight restoration) and he did things I didn't even ask for. My car looks brand new. Carlos is a super nice guy and great to work with.

Carlos is the man. Miracles with paint gun. My 4 runner looked like a 2 tone mess. Coach raft cleaned it up for a fraction of the cost anywhere else offered to do the work.
