I had 1500$ in my account free and clear. Then I deposited a large check so Citi bank decides to freeze my entire accounts, not just hold the check until it clears, they put a block on the entire account. So the money I already had available is blocked as well. I have a 10 month old child and my wife doesn’t work. They informed me it will be locked all weekend and to call back Monday for an update. I literally can’t feed my son because of this bank. Thank you city bank for making my life as difficult as possible, I can always count you. Luckily for me your brain dead bank teller was wearing a mask so at least I won’t get the big bad scary covid monster from the whole ordeal.

Very rude service. They accused me of attempted money laundry because I tried to exchange $40 dollars for quarters. The clerk was hostile and multiple employees including a manager ganged up on while I was confused and attempting to get clarification.

I banked here in 2018 my boss deposited my payroll check every Monday. I received my first mystery shopper check they told me was fake after finder print verification and checking the check itself. They wanted me to pay them back for the 289.00 advance. I did but the told check systems I did not now I'm having problems opening an account any where. This is the terrible bank ever.

Their service is just horrible. App never works... Just to make a payment on one of their credit cards is a husstle. There is no customer service at all even before the pandemic they were just horrible.

Very careless branch, all smiles no help at all. Love giving the run around. More careless answers and lies then honest answers. Half the time they dont know the honest correct answers to my question or give misleading information and quick meaningless answers to get you out of there.

Shawn Spencer is by far the best banking representative I have ever dealt with. Went in to complete a wire transfer and she was more than helpful. Shawn took the time to explain the process and how we can complete the transfer with security in mind. What an outstanding personality and just the kindest person ever. Great to have someone like this in our small town that's growing so fast. Thanks again Shawn!

I had requested to have my name removed from their calling list. On February 17, 2019 Citibank wrote me a letter stating that I will no longer receive calls from collections if account is past due.

Wow. Can't cash a check in the bank. Unbelievable. This branch has decided because they don't get a lot of customers in there that don't have citi accounts that they won't cash a check for you written out to you personally from a citibank customer. Why? This makes no sense. I have a check that I have to go to another branch 10 miles away if I want to cash it. This is a fully operative, full-service working branch. I should be able to cash a check.
