My son had a great experience at this preschool. He thrived there, learning to write and develop fine motor skills needed to attend kindergarten. He was always happy to go. It was a vast improvement to his other preschool experience at Foothill Preschool (also in Monrovia) where the so-called educators berated him, were lazy and unattentive (I seriously have never seen early childhood educators who seemed glued to their chairs and barely walking around).I highly recommend Canyon Early Learning Center also for parents of children with ADHD and/or on the spectrum. Their special education program is excellent and incredibly supportive.

This used to be Canyon High School. Not all kids were bad there. There were a few that were wrong like any other school. They had pregnant teens there to teach them how to care for their baby while they continued their education. I graduated in 1993 and if it wasn’t for the great teachers there and the education that was not “slammed” into us, but provided with care, I would’ve never graduated. I am proud to be a graduate of Canyon High!!!

I think this used to be Canyon High? They would place the Bad and could not be controlled kids here!!! They would lock the gates and smash an education into their heads! Also if you were a teen and pregnant you were sent there. Damn the chicks who put out were taken away and locked up!!! ???
