The attention of the cashiers is terrible, they are reluctant. They should be trained in customer service and not hire just anything. They must change them all.

They forgot to remove my security tag and it had ink in it so I had to drive all the way back to get it removed ? and they didn't even apologize

Store is clean and well-stocked in women’s clothing. I wish the women’s shoe department was better-stocked but that’s probably not their fault. I usually am able to find clothing I like that fits my style and especially happy that they’ve reopened the fitting rooms for shoppers. Super happy to have this store near me. Would highly recommend.

This store does not want money from certain skin colors. Filing false reports is a crime, discrimination is unlawful for businesses to practice. I'd steer clear of this store all together. We'll see what corporate says.

If you are the wrong shade of skin and drive a nicer car than the manager likely makes in a year, I would avoid. Don''t riso shopping here at all, don't shop here. Instead of shopping for your trip, YOU MAY HAVE THE POLICE CALLED AND BE HARRASSED DUE TO A BUDGET BASEMENT STAFF THIS STORE SEEMS TO EMPLOYEE. I know this was 1000% discrimination. At least 5 police and a false imprisonment. So instead of planning for a trip, I'll be shopping for an attorney. The last customer from walmart that had something similar happen won 2.4 million. I'll settle out of court for the woman to be fired and the tresspass lifted. Although im still never stepping in monrovia again. They think it's okay to do what they want.

I am not sure yet but the cashier was amazing it was only her and there was a line of seven people she was so nice had great customer service thanked all of us for being so patient

I live near the former Arcadia location and typically would shop there, however shortly before they closed permanently I started to notice that the quality of the clothing and shoes had definitely diminished. So I chocked it up to the fact they were closing. I decided to visit the new store in Monrovia. I was impressed with how clean and organized the store was, however the selection of clothing and shoes was a step up from Fallas. No Calvin Klein, DKNY, Tommy Hilfeger or Guess. In their place were items that they sell in the Alley. Many isles has large spaces in-between sizes as though they needed to restock. I was so disappointed I ended up spending $12 on 2 brushes, and some curl cream. Also there were only 4 other people shopping in the store it was desolate. Maybe It was a bad day, I will give them one more try but as of now it doesn't look good for future shopping at this location. The three stars are for cleanliness and organization.

The Burlington in Monrovia usually does not have good merchandise, like the Arcadia location had. Quite disappointing, yet easier on the credit card.
