Horrible! Waited over 40min., & kept getting the run around. I had Zelle issues, I had an appointment which was then cancelled & was given the Zelle number; which said to go to my bank. So I came told them that. They put me in a office & dialed BOA customer service (only selected language option), I asked would a in person representative stay with me to help problem solve with the operator, she said no, I explained I had already called myself from home, & that I came in to get in person help. I was given an excuse that they where not allowed to see my Zelle account, I called her out on not making sense & reiterated what she told me; which was she could see my $$$$ but not Zelle account, that's when finally they called the manager. They were LAZY; & did not want to help because in another BOA my mom got help creating a Zelle account in Spanish, & I had Zelle help at a 3rd BOA. Lena was nice one who tried, but was a teller so not her department.

I like this Bank of America because its conveniently located in Monrovia on Myrtle. The parking is easy, the atms out front are easy to access. If you do go inside for banking services there sometimes can be a line. There is only 2 teller windows. This location was renovated it's super clean and nice. I like this location even if I need to wait in line.

This used to be my go-to branch. The person I will refer to as L was obviously not listening. After I told her my dilemma, she asked me the same questions and refused to let me talk to the branch manager. I'm really disliking Bank of America these days.

Been closed for a year due to covid. they are ok cramming all the customers that would normally be distributed between 6 branches into one. You're still making money off of us.

Terrible customer service at Monrovia branch. 6 people in line waiting for 7th at the only one open window. 2 representatives at a desk. One has a customer and other doesn't. I mention to the lady at desk with no customer the line is long and only one window. You think she gets up to go help? Nope, tells me other window person is at lunch will be back soon. Terrible Optics!

I've gone to this branch just to use the ATMs several times in the last few months. Almost every single time I've gone ALL three ATMs in front are always out of cash. How hard is it to keep your ATMs stocked with money? It seems like the most basic service and you all can't even seem to get that right.

I returned to the Monrovia Branch office and was connected to the BofA Fraud Department for an update on my account status. The Fraud department had made credits to my old account, but they also allowed the thieves to make additional electronic transfers and withdrawals to the account because it was left open and unmonitored by the bank. This all started on January 22nd when my home was robbed. I went directly to the BofA in Monrovia with a police report and documentation for the robbery. I reported my BofA account checkbook and credit/debit card stolen. The manager assured me that the cards would be frozen and new cards would be reissued. The checking account would be closed and new checks would be reissued. Their fraud department was notified immediately and they would monitor my account continually for suspicious activity. They identified a handful of fraudulent purchases and at a later date they had credited those back to my account. I left the branch feeling confident and reassured that as far as my BofA banking was concerned, I was in good hands. I would have only to worry about my other Credit card accounts, my SSN and other important financial documents. Weeks later I come to realize that BofA was allowing the funds in my checking account to be drained by Electronic Transfers to fraudulent accounts by two different individuals. Nearly $2000.00 ! I returned to the Monrovia Branch and they decided to close the account that day. (3 weeks later) I returned to the Monrovia Branch around 3:45pm. The same people that knew my circumstances and issues (which they created out of neglect) refused to answer my questions, would not research or contact their fraud department to determine the status of the claim and made every excuse and attempt to have me exit their branch because they " were closed now" They realized that my situation has now gotten out of hand and they didn't want to take the responsibility for subjecting my account to such abuse? When I returned the following day, they provided me with a direct line to the Fraud Department and gave me the updated information which allowed me to refill another claim for more recent fraud transactions. The Managers, Rachelle and Gabriella were very concerned and caring today and allowed me use of the phone line for purpose of filing a new claim. For that I'm grateful.

The wait for this location is incessantly long... there are usually 5-6 people waiting and only 1 banker available to help. Average wait time is 10-15 minutes for service. Omg
