ATM is compromised i had my card information stolen after using it. Stay away from this bank

This used to be my go-to branch. The person I will refer to as L was obviously not listening. After I told her my dilemma, she asked me the same questions and refused to let me talk to the branch manager. I'm really disliking Bank of America these days.
