First off.....I want to start off by writing Damali, you are absolutely THE BEST! The way how AW is very responsive and communicative is unbelievable, this is how EVERY collision body shop should be! AW recommended and gave out best options how my vehicle can get done quick and very spotless fixed. My vehicle looked like as if nothing happened! Best part is they only get OEM parts! And a big shout out to Joseph, even though my car insurance was being complicated with AW (All state) Jospeh was able to push it through and get my vehicle fixed! If you are thinking about bringing in your vehicle here I would DEFINITELY recommend AW Collision!

In partnership with Lexus, so that speaks for itself. However, I just thought I’d add my experience for anyone considering AW Collision… don’t hesitate! My car had Sum pretty extensive damage and they identified and repaired everything, doing a spectacular job. Unfortunately, I had to pay out of pocket but they made an aweful situation bearable by consistent communication and doing such a great job in a very short time! Towards the end we had a minor hiccup but nothing Harry couldn’t rectify…which he did immediately! Not only did they do an awesome repair job they detailed my car better than any detailer I’ve used! I’m extremely satisfied!!! If you care about your vehicle the way I do mine & you find yourself needing body work GO TO AW COLLISION!!! You’ll be happy you did! Thank you Damali and especially Harry for a job well done!!!??

Honestly can't say enough about the quality work and customer service. Aw Collision made a rough experience bearable! My car has never looked better. I cannot express my gratitude enough towards AW Collision - specifically Aaron and Joseph. They went above and beyond to help me despite never meeting me and living out of state. They were so helpful, kind and willing to work with me when my insurance company was unreasonable. They went out of their way even over Christmas and New Years holiday to be compassionate and fair with charges rendered. I would highly recommend AW on customer service alone.

A moron rider swung my rear door wide open and caused a dent from a car coming at the left side. I found AW from a recommendation from a Mercedes dealership. They did a great job on my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek. The paint matched well and the service from Harry Tachjian was excellent. They repaired my car in a timely manner and did the job right. I am quite picky about my paint and they listened to my requirements. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

I highly recommend this service center. Everyone there is very professional. I really appreciate their customer service and overall work they did on my car. The estimator that assisted and took care of my case, Joseph was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed.

Work done in my car was excellent. However I checked the box to saved the old parts replaced and when I picked up my car they did not have my parts at all.

Brought my car in for repair with Geico as they were a recommended repair shop from the Mini dealership. The process was quick and easy, with good communication and good work. I did have a issue upon picking the car up, which would have bumped this down to a one star review, but a resolution was offered and completed speedily, which bumped my opinion back up to four stars. Now, having had my car for a few weeks and inspecting it closely, I can confidently say I’m happy with the quality of work and so for the work alone, I’ll give 5 stars. Sometimes the best judge of a shop is when something goes wrong and they work with you to resolve it without much back and forth, so I’m a satisfied customer.
