“Once again, this body shop has exceeded my expectations and never fails to impress. However, I’d like to offer some advice to fellow customers reading these reviews—reconsider using Farmers Insurance. I cannot recommend them at all, as it’s one of the worst insurance experiences I’ve ever had.
To be clear, if you’re frustrated with delays, it’s not the body shop causing them—it’s your insurance company dragging its feet and not handling things properly. Without Joseph’s persistent efforts to stay in touch with my insurance adjuster, my car would probably still be sitting there.

“During a road trip to Southern California in a Lotus, the weld broke between the cat and the downstream pipe, leaving the muffler swinging loose and exhaust going in the wrong direction. Also it was extremely loud. Not wanting to miss more of a drive through Angels Crest, I was so happy I found Arturo Senior and Junior. They are super nice and do honest work and took me in despite not having reservations and some work ahead of me. . They didn't have experience on a Lotus but they carefully thought through issues like how to get the car up safely, how to remove the diffusor, and of course, how to repair and reinforce the weld to assure it doesn't come apart again. They saved the rest of my trip and I rejoined my drive group after missing only a few hours. Great job gentlemen! Thank you!”
“They typically work on 86/FRS/BRZs, but with the great reviews I figured I would reach out and see if they can help dial in the suspension on my 350Z. I've done everything on my car myself since I've gotten it, but with work getting so busy, I figured I'd give in and take it to a shop. Called and asked for a quote, agreed with the price and was able to take it in the following day. Got there and met Young, the owner, who was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. Never pushed me to get any additional service that wasn't needed. He told me what he would do if he was the owner of the car and I agreed with what he suggested. Ended up getting my suspension dialed in, fenders trimmed a bit for clearance and an alignment. They finished the car the same day. Overall great customer service and I would for sure take my car back if I had anything else to do.”

“I brought the car in to fix a flat and Sierra Subaru recommended four additional services. The first three felt necessary, the last one was not. They said to replace the engine air filter, cabin filter, and flush out the brake line. Those were needed. However, they also suggested windshield wipers which didn't make sense. I had already replaced them at that same dealer earlier in the year. They were functioning well. Did they really check the wipers? Don't know. Other than that, the service was good and reasonable.”

“Stopped by to check out the all new Countryman. They offered test drives and had product specialists ready to answer all of our questions. Currently, they seem to be very low on new MINI inventory, only a few Coopers and the aforementioned Countryman. Had a great time checking out the interior and exterior of the new Countryman, getting familiar with the seating, the infotainment system, and all the unique materials and textures inside. The test drive was a brisk lap around the block to get a feel for the car. A specialist did inform us that they are part of the Costco Auto Program too if you're a Costco member.”

“I had recently purchased a Snugtop SnugLid for my truck, but needed it color matched to the truck and stopped by this location for an estimate since I had done business with this shop while under previous ownership.
Christina greeted me upon arrival and then I met with Robert (manager) to explain what I wanted done. He understood my needs, gave me a very reasonable quote, and we scheduled the project.
I came by at the appointment time, the guys removed the lid from my truck, and they kept me informed of progress via text. When the lid was ready, I dropped off my truck and the guys cleaned out the dusty bed, installed the freshly painted lid, and made the necessary adjustments so it would close properly. Also, the color match is spot on with the factory paint on the truck.
I was very pleased with the process, outcome, and professional treatment of Robert, Chris, and Christina.
