Love this place. As an older 'Sport' member I enjoy the quiet and simplicity. The bigger gyms end up being a social scene with distractions or lounging in the wet area. This place is small but great for a quick and easy workout and off to Pasadena :)

I go to this gym 6 days a week and now they are changing hours to 8 am on Sat Sun. Not what I signed up for.. I guess I will be changing gyms,, it would be nice for businesses to honor their agreements. Overall I enjoy going here, but this is a major hassle..
