I went to this store today to buy gold shoes that I saw online in stock at store. I walked in, in such a good mood happy to purchase until I came across this associate name Ericia. She didn't even acknowledge me as a customer walking In. I asked her if she has the shoe in 7.5 she said yes and I walked away. When the time came to pay, for some reason the machine wasn't taking my card. The cashier was nice I forgot her name. Anyways cashier called Ericia and she came by not smiling, nothing. I said my card isn't going through, do you not take visa? With attitude she said yes we do call your bank, its your card, rolling her eyes. At that time I already got frustrated because there was so much money in both of my cards and her personality was just awful. The cashier asked her question and told her, I saw the machine gave the option of credit button but yet didn't take her card, that is so weird machine is doing that, and she just walked off and another long hair associate came and assisted. I called the bank they said it's not my card and there is no error on their end, cardis functional. Anyways, finally cashier figured it out and there was no reason for me to waste 30 min to speak to chase. The stores run based on customers bringing money and customer service should be the priority here. I always leave honest reviews as a local guide and I had to public this for managers to see to make sure to train their associates properly or they wont last in the business industry. You're not paying my bills, but the customers shopping here pays yours. I hope she fixes her self and attitude problems

Today 7/13/2023. I went it to return some of the items that I have previously purchased. One of the item I purchased had a tag on it and the second item didn't have one, at the time of the purchase. They only reimbursed me back one item because the second one didn't have a tag. I told the manager, when I orginally made the purchase, her associate was entering the items into the system and was well aware it didn't have a tag, I overheard a petite lady, telling another associate female associate she was going to "mark it", at that time I didn't quite understand what they were referring to "mark it". The manager then explained to me. Their associates were suppose to mark the receipt, if an item didn't have a tag and unfortunately they didnt mark mine. Then she apologized while stating she will speak with her associate about it. I didn't make a big deal , nor cause any scene and accepted it and I left....... I will say the manager was professional. I do like Windsor and I always had a positive experience. Also they do help in selecting items for you.But make sure the items they ring up have tags, especially if your unsure your going to keep the purchase.

This store has a great selection of clothing, but I have to say that the customer service wasn’t so great. Purchasing items is no problem, but if you have a return, good luck trying to get them to accept the return. Why have a return policy if they are not going to follow it? I am not the type to go out of my way to post a bad review, but my experience wasn’t so pleasant. I ended up receiving store credit when I should’ve received a certain amount in store credit and partial reimbursement since the remaining amount paid from an exchange was within the 14 day time frame. I had to make two attempts for them to even consider returning the items and giving me store credit. The cashier pretended that the receipt was invalid and that my email did not show up in the system when it indeed showed my account/customer number on the receipt. I would sort of understand if I was being rude or inconsiderate, but that was not the case. I do not plan on coming back.

Why lie... a bunch of mean little girls work at this location. It's so obvious they hate their jobs, they hate you, they hate everything and everyone. One of the girls yelled at people who were waiting to try on clothes several times... in a very mean and nasty way and she simply didn't care. There is absolutely no sense of customer sense in this store. I received absolutely no help from these miserable girls. Wait time to try on clothes is extremely long and simply not worth it. I will never enter Windsor stores ever again. No one has time to stand around for 30 minutes to try on clothes.

I went here to shop for something cute to wear. They have many rompers and stylish clothes for a night out or to dress casually. I found two really cute rompers. They fit very nicely! The cashier was very nice! I didn't try them on because there was a line at the dressing room. I didn't have time or else I would have waited. Just know you might have to wait and if you do have time then it's worth it! Also, you can return the clothes within 14 days with tags still attached for a full refund. I'll be coming back soon!

First off, let me just say I was so impressed with the customer service I received over the phone that that is what made me go into the store. Bernadette was such a great help! I needed to find a bridal shower dress so that way we all matched in our bridal party and she knew right away what to do what to say and how to help me. She honestly made me feel so much better as well about my body and how to make me feel more comfortable with the dress options she chose. I also love that she was calling me by my name and making me feel right at home. I will definitely be going back for more dresses and outfits. Thank you so much for Bernadette!

Was looking for some clothes to buy my fiancé for her birthday and the employees there were SUPER helpful. I told them what she liked and they helped me pick out a few items. They made everything go by fast and easy for me. Great experience, fix the Heater!

The girls here are very nice and helpful if you need their help. The quality is nice and they have a lot of formal/homecoming gowns. The way they do the try-ons is so bad. They only have two dressing rooms and only one can be used. But it's annoying because they let people leave and keep shopping and then come back to the dressing room I was in line for nearly 25 mins and this girl came up when it was her turn to cut the line. She had 6 items and I only had two. I would've been done way quicker. Price isn't too bad depending on what you're looking for Wouldn't recommend right now when they only have one dressing room Also their hours are very weird. They close at 7 when the mall closes at 9.

i've been working in the fashion industry for a while now and i gotta say this is one of the worst stores ever to be in modesto very bad service no one asked for helped the music they play is Unappropriate and i had to wait 30min to try on one dress...

I was In there for maybe 15 mins, found a couple items to try on. Waited 30 mins!!!!! For a fitting room. I still didn't get in and decided to just buy the items and return them if they didn't fit, well I waiting another 20 mins to check out. Set my items down and left. A bunch of employees walking around walking in and out of the back not doing anything. Want some business advice? Get more fitting rooms. I left not spending a $1
