Willow Floral Design accommodated a bouquet and boutonnière for our wedding and went above and beyond. The payment process was super easy. They were super quick at emailing. I’m from out of state and they called me wanting to know exactly what I envisioned which was such a reliever instead of just looking at a inspo photo. Everything turned out so fresh and so beautiful I couldn’t have asked for anything more. 10/10 I highly recommend them to anyone local or out of state. Thank you so much for everything!

The Willow Floral team is fantastic! They answered our questions promptly, made payment processes seamless and truly delivered on our wedding day. The floral arrangements look even BETTER than our mood board. Their team meticulously sourced each flower to ensure it fit our vision and complemented the rest of our tablescape. I’ve used willow floral design for my wedding, referred them to friends and families for their weddings and even used them to do centerpieces for an engagement dinner I was hosting recently. Not only do they provide stunning arrangements but they are so accommodating and are so kind throughout the process and really help bring your vision to life. I will continue to use Willow for many events to come, I can’t recommend them enough!

From booking to floral preservation I cannot sing the praises of Jessie and her team enough!Every detail was beyond perfect! We had a strict color palette, and very specific vision, Jessie and her team created a wondrous array of flowers in such a creative manner. I knew nothing about flowers but knew the colors and vibe we were going for and she nailed it!Jessie created exactly what we wanted and was very communicative through the entire process! She was kind and supportive throughout planning. She accommodated a few changes right before the month cut off for changes.Madi also went above and beyond on our preservation, we preserved my MOH bouquet, my bouquet and invitation and my husband wanted his boutonnière preserved as well. We are thrilled with how they came together!Floral artistry in its most detailed and beautiful form, we were honored to be able to work with Willow!

Horrible customer service/ horrible management. They let their employees run their social media accounts and little does the owner know that because of that they have lost business, at least mine. I was following their Instagram account until one day I wasn't. Found out it was because an employee of theirs blocked my account, along with blocking me on their second account for their truck. To this day I also never knew why. I even emailed the owner but seems to me like this particular employee had access to that too so I never got in touch with the owner. Just terrible. Wanted my wedding florals done through willow and they unfortunately lost my business.

The florals for our wedding were more than I could have ever dreamed of. When I saw the florals at my ceremony and reception I cried. It was beyond perfect. When we initially started planning the wedding she was very helpful and we had a great plan put together. We had questions later and she was very difficult to get ahold of. Even later when we needed to postpone the wedding I could reach her by phone and she didn't respond to my email for two and a half weeks. Lack of communication is very concerning.

Laurel was very helpful and did a wonderful job arranging the flower/table displays are our parents 70th Wedding Anniversaray celebration. She was so very patient with me and all of my questions and concerns. The tables were beautiful and her advice was so helpful. We will recommend Willow to everyone and will use again! Thanks so much.

We had a 70th Wedding Anniversary for my parents at Ironstone Vineyard and hired Willow to do the flower/table arrangements. Laurel was so patient and knew just what to say and what to advise. She really went above and beyond. Will definitely use Willow / Laurel again and will definitely recommend their services. Arrangement turned out perfectly and exactly as we were hoping.
