I felt tremendously valued as a customer. I'd trust William and his team, under his leadership, to repair my elderly parents car. The presumed owner (William) is also the operator, and chief mechanic. In my experience William Auto Body goes above and beyond for the customer. The repairs included removal and replacement of rear number assembly on 2013 Ford Fusion. I ordered the part, however by the time it arrived I had been called to active duty orders and had to travel (and store car). There was no opportunity to complete the work, even though the part was already on-hand. The following actions by William and his Auto-Body team are noteworthy. Their collective actions demonstrate desirable skills and willingness to go above and beyond what I suspect most competitors in the industry would be willing to do: 1. Honored the down-payment, included in the estimate, and stored the number on-hand until I return from 6mo deployment. 2. Offered a military discount 3. Effectively completed all repairs in a timely manner, upon return 4. He and his family member came and dropped off my car. WOW! Who even does that?! I am a twenty-five year veteran, and military officer. This man is a shining example of the kind of a small-business owner and patriot that has earned my glowing recommendation, and likely to return as a customer.

They did an amazing job my door looks brand new. Got into a hit and run, my poor drivers door got smashed in. They find a door for me put it in and painted under 3 days. Amazing job !!!!!Services: Painting

The husband tried to take out one of those solid posts at the gas station! He lost the fight! Scraped the passenger-side back door! We took it in to William Auto Body, got a very reasonable estimate, and took it in! We were told it would probably be ready for pick up in about a week...no problem! You can imagine our surprise when we got a call TWO DAYS later, saying it was finished. Went right down to get it and it looks brand new!! Thank you, William Auto Body for repairing my husband's damage so well!! Five Stars!!
