I recommend this place and they are very friendly. I have been to them a few times with not just my phone but my kids phones as well. They do really good work. We have had our phones locked water damage broken glass. I really recommend this place.

The add says they are open until 7:00pm.I called at 6:15pm & they were already closed….. glad I checked before driving down from Riverbank.

Poor customer service told by phone that they will hold the phone screen for me. Went the next day and they held the screen for another customer and told me that I have to wait 2 weeks for another screen.

Excellent service!! My boyfriend shattered his whole iPhone screen and they were able to schedule us in the next day!! They fixed it within 30 minutes and made it look brand new!! Highly recommend!!

I called three times and was asked to wait on hold. 15 minutes of listening to their marketing playback about how great they are at fixing cell phones and tablets and whenever I finally get to speak to them they tell me that they only do iPhones. I asked them how much they would charge to fix a charging port on my iPhone 6s and I was put on hold for another ten minutes before I just hung up. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this customer service was just abhorrent and I think it would be a disservice to the community if I didn't give people a chance to avoid the ridiculous waste of time that they subjected me too. And to the staff and owner of this establishment I hope that this is not the usual level of customer service that you provide or your business is not going to be around for very long .

great job, on time with a smile, had a 9 am appointment,customer service tech helped me , tested my phone , did the required service and explained the process. In 20 minutes I was out the door , very satisfied

Overall my screen replacement went well. However, the person who checked me out at the end couldn’t get the coupon code to work so just rang up 10% off instead of the $10 promised at the website, presumably because it was easier for him. When I wouldn’t take it he took a little more time and effort to find a way to give the full discount.

Great service, my phone was fixed within an hour. Both clerks who waited on me were very helpful and answered my question. The repair came with a six month warranty on the repair and lack of performance of the phone during this time. I'm very pleased with their service. I will use them again and highly recommend them.
