Pretty quick on the order for pick up friendly staff new entrance way put in by return counter narrows things down going to be tight at Xmas time. Heard that the one on plaza parkway is going to be expanding and their adding possibly an automotive part for installing batteries tires and such another employee said it might be a full delicatessen

Well...it's Wal-Mart. It's always busy and parking sucks. Most of the time inventory and pricing are around the best. Generally the staff are nice, at this particular store I feel like they are less attentive. The store could be cleaner and more organized. It's my once a month store.

I went to return clothes from Christmas for my family. They have a limit how much you can return in each store. I had to go to two Walmarts to do a return. Everytime you return items they put it on a new card. So now I have two cards. They wouldn’t allow to put on an existing card. The return lady at the McHenry Walmart was rude it’s like I was ruining her day.

I went to go buy a hand vacuum and they gave me the wrong one because the price led to something else, then told me they were going to call someone back to get it for me and sent no one. I then had to go out my way to find another person to help me and they decided they wanted to help another customer before me as if I didn’t ask first. This is simply horrible customer service.
