The staff is always friendly and greets me by my name.
Pricing is competitive but typically better than the dealers.

Customer service is awful, my partner and I had to constantly reach out to them regarding our vehicle otherwise we’d never hear any updates about our car. They repeatedly kept changing what day our vehicle would be ready for pick up. We’ve showed up more than once to pick up our vehicle only be told it’s still not ready despite being told by someone else that it was ready. Save yourself from being given the run around.

Walker's is timely, efficient, priced reasonably, goes the extra mile, and listens when talking about the car problems when you come in, if any. And they have a local shuttle to boot.

As always, I feel so taken care of here! They were able to fit me in quickly and were able to get the service done while I waited. I feared the worst but was reassured I had no additional problems, after encountering an issue when out of town, where a repair was estimated to be so expensive I decided to head back to Walker’s where I was sure I would be treated fairly and any work would be done right.

I've used these guys since 2018 for everything on my 2002 Chevy Avalanche.. and it always gets done right..the first time.. for a reasonable price! Recently got my truck back from Caliber Collision on 9th St.. after it being stolen (second time - boo on Modesto) and my AC was not cutting it for Modesto heat. Caliber said everything was fixed and fine and it needed recharging and old trucks have bad AC..etc etc..
An hour after I dropped it off for AC service I got a call that the biggest and only problem was that there was NO AC BELT INSTALLED...AT ALL.. ZERO.. so they put one on and miracles happened... So after an oil change with SAFETY INSPECTION at Firestone.. an AC filter change and charge at Jiffy in Ceres.. and Caliber Collision charging for a replacement and installation... It just took one honest mechanic and a rubber belt..
Take note folks.. ??
