This is the worst pharmacy in Modesto, the wait times are ridiculous, the on hold calls will just randomly hang up on you. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. A one star is far too generous.
I want to add that Rosa from Walgreens reached out and her customer support was exceptional, some of the other staff should follow her courtesy and professionalism.

Im at the entrance of Walgreens at 6:59am bc the store hours say 7am yet the manager on today's date 5/24/24 say there is no cashier and shuts door in my face

No matter what department you go to , photo , pharmacy , front counter; expect to ALWAYS wait.
Been coming here on and off for 20 years. Always a wait and never friendly customer service. Everyone always looks miserable working here

Went here for a FedEx return. I had my box which was open on top because drop-off instructions did not require me packing it. However, staff named Annette in the FedEx booth said “You have to pack it yourself. We don’t do that for you here.”
Anyhow, she went on to print my return label. I saw rolls of packing tape sitting behind her and I politely asked if I could have some to close my box. She smirkingly said “Oh that’s for our stuff. We’re open until 10 you can just come back.”
I had to drive home just to tape the box when she could have easily given me a strip of tape — a strip that did not cost her anything. Maybe she paid for the tape from her own pocket so she wouldn’t lend me a strip? Don’t think so.
A day before Thanksgiving and there are loads of things to be grateful for but certainly not this type of customer service. Some people take pleasure in making circumstances inconvenient for others and she’s certainly one of those.

I tried to pick up two controlled medications at 3:30 pm the day before they were technically due to be refilled. I am disabled and live in a retirement home. I had transportation this afternoon but none is available for the rest of the week except possibly tomorrow morning if i can schedule it at this late point in time. I am almost 80 years old and those meds. The pharmacist and staff were entirely uncaring and unsympathetic. The pharmacy itself is a mess with drugs and bags scattered everywhere. Go anyplace else for your pharmacy needs.

Dont have your packages to be picked up here. I had my contacts sent to store for pick-up, i went in a day after fedex notified me package was delivered to store, ends up employees couldn't find my package. They told me to come back a little later maybe they could find it by then. Nope no luck. They blamed fedex, i called fedex, and they verified and confirmed package is at the store. I go back, a day after, and they once again blame fedex, until an employee from the back came out and said she remembers my package being sent back the day prior. Very unorganized, in regards to their packages.

Don't get your prescription sent here. I had it sent here because Kaiser was out. After waiting 15 minutes they said come back in 45 minutes. Came back and told me to wait another 30 minutes. I couldn't cancel it and have it sent anywhere else anymore

Literally takes 30 min to pick up meds in the drive through with no body else. Ridiculous.

I like this Walgreens! Employees have always been super friendly and helpful. I love the ease of shopping on the app . And curbside pickup was a breeze. I didn't have to wait long for my order. Jerry Davison came out, I think he was the manager. He checked my ID because I order NyQuil. Then went in and got my stuff. He was very fast and very nice. This location will be my go to for pharmacy needs.

I stopped by today for sleeping gummies for my wife and i asked a fellow by the name of Jerry for assistance cause im not too familiar with sleeping gummies. He was very unwelcoming and was rude at from the start. He didnt want to help me so i ask for a manager and he said he was one so i couldnt get the help i needed and i had to leave because of him. Im not sure what work ethic yall have goin but that needs to change.
