Absolutely the WORST pharmacy in HISTORY. The pharmacist there are very lazy! They just walk around pretending to be busy. Medication has never ever been ready and on time. Walgreens corporation should assess the pharmacy operations and try to figure out how to scale the operations more efficiently. Something needs to be done and SOMEONE needs to hear this. Enough is enough. People don't have the time or energy to wait or play around with when our medication is ready. It's honestly not that difficult to figure out the problem areas and try to find a better solution to increase efficiency.

This is the worst pharmacy with the rudest people that I've ever been to. I've had so much trouble with them. They never have my prescriptions ready when I arrive - even after they text me over and over again that it's ready. Whenever they call me I always get a super rude Indian lady. They always get my co-pay incorrect. But the straw that broke the camels back was when this extremely rude pharmacy cashier who always dresses in black, with cornrow braids; a high pitch cartoon voice started to yell at my husband. All he did was hand her a coupon that would wave his co-pay, and she immediately started to yell and raise her voice because he didn't hand it to her fast enough for her liking. Which by the way this woman was walking back and forth talking to other employees, so he handed her the coupon when he could. We noticed her awful attitude as soon as we walked in. She was being rude to other people in line and in the drive-thru; but my husband was still super polite with her, and she still gave an attitude that was unprovoked. He didn't get his prescription that day; he just took his coupon and left, and we both transferred to a new pharmacy. We all have busy days at work; but don't ever yell at customers for petty reasons.

I like this Walgreens! Employees have always been super friendly and helpful. I love the ease of shopping on the app . And curbside pickup was a breeze. I didn't have to wait long for my order. Jerry Davison came out, I think he was the manager. He checked my ID because I order NyQuil. Then went in and got my stuff. He was very fast and very nice. This location will be my go to for pharmacy needs.

Excellent customer service..today they replaced the diabetic insulin pen needles for me free of cost The people working there are so nice.and helpful.

I've had my prescriptions for so long with this pharmacy I've legit had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. Recently Ive been receiving calls from a like a real person instead of a robot call in regards to my medications being ready so I went to go pick it up it took 20 mins for them to look for it and barley put it in the system. Super Super Super annoying. Then I made it back home ONLY to get 3 more calls. I legit called them to talk to them about it, AND instead i got someone rude and incompetent to help me. Telling me there is no call logs from the time i got calls, Implying that I am furthermore lying because she has the call logs. Horrible Stay Stay far away, i'm transferring to a local CVS or any other thing. Run don't walk to a different pharmacy where they won't bombard you with calls then imply that your lying about your calls.

Stop by cause it was close not my usual store I can find what I was looking for . Stood in line and by the time I got to the front was greeted by a sign " Not Credit/ No Debit , system down! Fine I had cash no problem right..... well they didn't have change either. I guessed they need the money . This is not acceptable from a large chain store as this. I feel bad for the poor lady on a fixed income ahead of me . Shame on you Walgreens! Too bad I was forced to give you one star cause you don't deserve it!

Always pleasant staff.Wait for meds is long but:1. Means they have many customers2. If you waited till the last minute to refill and demand quick service then you're a DB3. If you expect instant meds OVER waiting your turn on the med list that has it by chronological order you're a DB

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. They take about 5-8 hours to fill a prescription. Won’t always fill your prescription the way it’s written. They also like to put people on hold so that they can help other customers. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

I love our local pharmacy here. I have never, ever, had a problem of any kind. Actually, the pharmacy staff has been more than nice and kind and helpful every single time I go. All of these negative reviews make me sad, I love the pharmacy people. Keep up the great work. Thank you for taking time out to say hello to me even when you were busy.

Refused to honor posted sale prices that were current and posted on the correct product, stating their corporate instructed them not to change prices, which means they are effectively charging more for items in demand during the COVID-19 pandemic, gouging the public. Not good business practices, very unethical.

Pharmacy..... rude people, prescriptions never ready on time. Automated service a joke. Inaccurate co-pay charges, justa a simple mess..... we used to get our prescriptions at the Rite-Aid near by but since they closed the store we were sent over to this C&$@&P Hole...... don't waste your precious time try Costco, Target, Save Mart near by, they do have pharmacies and the service is 1000% better. Good luck!

I have never had any issues with any other Walgreens besides this one. Many, many years ago I used them as a pharmacy. But due to their lack of professionalism and how rude and disrespectful these people are, I decided to go elsewhere. Not to mention for being so "smart" they ALWAYS messed up my orders. I highly recommend y'all to use the CVS in target on Sisk road. They are the nicest and I mean nicest group of people. Unfortunately with the coronavirus going around my pharmacy is on high alert and asked if they can send my medications to Walgreens so my friend picking up my scripts wouldn't risk getting sick. BAD IDEA. after this review I will be calling HR. not only did they treat my friend so poorly, they AGAIN messed my orders up. Even though my pharmacist called them 2x hours prior to make sure everything was correct. I called to speak with pharmacy manager and she hung up. I then called and asked to speak to store manager and before I can begin to speak this Bi*!h said "I don't have time to listen to people talk right now, I have better things to do!" Then hung up. YOU KIDDING ME!!! Walgreens, you should be embarrassed and ashamed to have Ebbie (store manager) and Hamze Ziadeh (pharmacy manager) working for you. No matter how busy or what is going on, you don't ever treat people the way my friend and I were treated. Again, I highly urge y'all take your medications to CVS target. I am disgusted with this place Of business !!!

Went in and show some stuff on sale ,took it to the front and cashier who's name was not visible but was a beauty specialist declined the sale price ...I went back and for the tag to show it to her and she said it was the monthly book coupon ...isn't that your job to apple Coupons because Walgreens does not provide their coupon books to customers ...she was rude

This location pharmacy has to be the absolute worse! I have not had a prescription ready when promised yet! Then i tell myself they are busy and yet again here i am it's an hour over the quote time and no prescription! I need to get my meds ASAP or i wouldn't be sitting here for an hour waiting
