Avoid the pharmacy drive through at all costs. I arrived at 7:50pm with three cars ahead of me - it’s currently 8:30pm and I still haven’t made it to the window yet. And one of the cars ahead of me even gave up and left. So they take about fifteen minutes per car. It’s pathetic.

They were fast and I had no problem with the staff or with getting my prescription. The staff was very nice and helpful. ☺️❤️

Currently at the window and nobody has come to acknowledge me, they helped the cars in front of me and it’s not their lunch time, nor are there people in line at the inside window. Been waiting 10 minutes. As I finished this someone came and has been rude so far, if this wasn’t less than a mile from me I’d never come.

Every time I get a prescription filled here, I say never again, but here we go again. I don't get prescriptions filled very often but If you want a place that will mess it up and provide horrible service- this is the place! From the drive thru being closed for no apparent reason to filling the wrong prescription they do it all. Not to mention the long line because they have one incompetent person at the counter. Seriously, go somewhere else.

Lousy service, they seem to be working, I have called 3 times with days in advance for my medication, I go to the branch and they tell me that I have to wait to see what happens with my medication because they don't know, I can't stop taking even one day this medication but apparently I will have to wait. If you can choose any other pharmacy I recommend you do so.

Called for information on my prescription. Asked if a relative could pick it up and was on hold for 40 mins. I called back, explained and asked if they could not leave me on a long hold a second time for a simple question and they left me on hold for an hour, then disconnected me...is this real life?

I want to be fair. I'll do a review later. It's terrible. Management rude .ick!I've gone her at least twenty years but im done!The pharmacy has been very good and basically tries hard. I really have no problem with them.The manager is rude and no customer service. The employees mostly are pleasant.I almost feel guilty but I'm accurate.

Picking up an online order at the photo department when I rang the service bell a few times over the span of 15 minutes no one came and I could see my order sitting in the bin so I ended up going behind the counter myself to get my order.

I'm a paying customer at this Walgreens and I asked to us the bathroom and the cashier told me yes I can us it and then that I couldn't because the Manager Maria didn't want to open the doorVery bad customer service-0000 stars

I spend hours waiting for Walgreens to fill my prescriptions. They are the worst. They leave you in line. They close the Pharmacy. They don't care about customers. Absolutely the worst service of anywhere.

Just came here to grab some water and while I was standing in line two of the female employees just squeezed by me in line without even saying excuse me or anything. Keep in mind its thankgiving eve and the store is really busy and the line is crowded already. One of the girls forced her way by me twice didnt even say excuse me once she basically bumped into me both times and she was not a small girl by any means she was actually quite large with green hair. Rude employees.

Wife just called on her cell phone, waited 25 minutes to speak with the pharmacist. Decided to make a second call using my cell, robot said only one person before us and waited 30 minutes before the system asked to review our call, which again never happened. What is the person in this job field actually doing? An EXTREMELY poor job! Bingo. Hire more pharmacists or get someone who can roll out the answers. Google review should allow zero and perhaps negative numbers.

HEADS UP: Despite signage, this pharmacy is NOT open 24hrs. Neon sign over the door: Pharmacy Open 24 Hours. Sign on marquee: 24hrs. Medical Assistant at urgent care: That Walgreens pharmacy is open 24 hrs. CLOSED AT 9PM. This is incredibly misleading and upsetting for people urgently needing medications. The Walgreens app showed an estimated pick up time of 8:53PM, but they never showed ready for pickup. Drove to the pharmacy just in case and yes, despite their lit up signage, they close the pharmacy at 9PM. Should have gone to CVS; they’re open until midnight.

This has to be the most incompetent and inefficient pharmacy I have ever known. However, I am giving this a higher rating because of management's response to my complaint. Here is my story: On September 4, I came in to get my scheduled flu shot. I mentioned to the staff that I had another appointment to get my Covid shot on September 7, but they mentioned that they may not have it in stock by then and to call them first on that day to see if they have it. This was all despite the fact that I was able to make an appointment for the updated omicron booster! fast forward to the morning of September 7: I tried calling them, and getting a hold of somebody in the pharmacy is practically impossible! While waiting on hold, the system hung up on me twice, and one time it took me directly to the survey without letting me talk to anyone. I requested a call back and got it, but when I spoke to someone, I was transferred back to the pharmacy and had to wait on hold for an additional 15 minutes anyways! When I finally got to talk to someone, I was told that they did not have the vaccines and they did not know when they were going to get in stock. I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager due to my frustrations with the phone system, but I was told that they did not have a pharmacy manager (which doesn't surprise me considering how this pharmacy is run), so I was put through to the store manager. Of course, when I was transferred, I was hung up on again! I called back and spoke to a store manager by the name of Rafael. Needless to say, Rafael restored my faith in customer service. Had it not been for Rafael, I would give this pharmacy zero stars if it were possible on this app. He was just as frustrated with the pharmacy as I was, and he told me he would go back and talk to them. He also told me he would check in on the vaccines and call me back when he found out any information. I received a call back from him, and he told me that he would have them in the following morning after 10 AM. The following day, I was able to get my Covid vaccine.

Worst pharmacy and I have ever been to!! They offer a drive-through to pick up your prescription, and you wait in line for two hours in 115° heat which is not good for a sick woman, I couldn't get out of my car because I can barely walk due to an injury . If you can't get competent employees what does that say for your store absolutely ridiculous!!!! I will be calling corporate because I'm sure they don't know how horrible this location is
