Absolutely horrendous do not give your business here absurd pharmacy literally called 2 hours prior to me going and they wait to tell me it's not available until I get there and I am 30 min one way! To top all that off the store entrance was filthy, and the pharmacist can't speak English to save his life

I took my daughter to the emergency room and that only took an hour. I told him three times that I go to CVS pharmacy but they ended up putting this Walgreens location. I was at the pharmacy in Walgreens for over three hours, waiting for them to figure out the insurance. I got on the phone with the insurance, and when she figured it out, it was simply that they put the wrong insurance number. I’m not sure how three people got the wrong insurance number time and time again. Meanwhile, my four-year-old was being very patient thankfully.

If I could give one star I would , horrible service with their pharmacy is horrible the older African American man is so rude and disrespectful. For no reason . As a parent struggling with their child sick shouldn't have to deal with someone having attitude when their already stressed will not be coming back to this pharmacy.

Pharmacy takes over an hr break. Not a soul in sight. Waiting for my sick child's medication. They've made their own signs with modified hours. BS! New management is in order here! Ridiculous!

If you want the run around, rude customer service and a forever wait from the pharmacy come here! My brother is on hospice care and I pick his medication up here and what a disaster! The clerk tried to tell me the meds I was picking up already was the meds I needed for his treatment to keep him at ease. No lady! That's for comfort care. He isn't even there yet! He has pneumonia, and I'm here to pick up his antibiotics! That you can't even have ready for me that has been placed in your system and you could fill while I shop your store like most Walgreens locations. Please don't assume next time you know someone's illness. Also don't be rude and use your manners. You don't know what I am going through with my terminal brother.

I checked in for a curbside pickup but nobody came out. I tried calling but nobody picked up the phone. After 15 minutes I had to go into the store. Again, there was nobody in the store to help me. I had to wait through a long line before they went and got my order. Talked to the manager and he had no sympathy whatsoever! It took me roughly 30 minutes to get my order. This is really poor service.

1st and last time I will ever pick up medicine here. I gave the pharmacy tech my prescription and she tells me to come back in an hour. I came back after an hour and it's a new pharmacy tech at the window and they lost my f******* prescription.

I have been sitting in the drive up line for prescriptions for an hour. This is the worst service I have EVER had. There is no reason for this!! Very angry..

Lady with the grey hair working the the graveyard shift on 11/10/22 around 1am was the rudest person and should not be working in customer service. i regret not getting her name so i could make a proper complaint. I understand the store being construction and having to work in the middle of the night isn't ideal but if you hate your job so much that you kick customers out and tell them to come back in the morning because you don't want to deal with them isn't good business. I hope she doesn't represent all workers at that store. If i could give 0 stars i would. I work in customer service and would never think to talk to customers the way i was spoken to.

Was told it could take over 2 hours to fill antibiotics, when I asked why since I have a sick child and just want to get home with him, I was told "well it could take 24 hours!"

I am here to pick up my prescription. It was once again not filled. I called to double check they said it was. The lady at the customer service was very rude. What is wrong with them ? They are rude and incapable of doing their job. Do not go here unless you want to be treated horribly and do not expect your prescription to be filled
