Idk why some people here left bad reviews. You don’t come here if you want a detailed cleaning that costs $300-$600. You come here for a good and reasonable full exterior and interior for $45 car wash and that’s exactly what you get.

I have never had such an amazing job with my car for the price the customer service the knowledge they truly seem to be very concerned about what you're getting from them The price alone beats your local Mister Car Wash AKA old Prime shine You can get a subscription go inside have a cup of coffee maybe buy something from the gift shop just try it once you'll always go back

I was thinking of taking my car here today. Saturday, June 15, 2024. But they have more bad reviews than good reviews. All these bad reviews of people handing over their hard earned money and having less than desirable results of their cars getting washed and experiencing bad customer service I think it would be wise to stay away from this place.

Amazing! So worth the price! I got the basic full-service clean, and they got me right. About a week ago I went to fill up my 5-gallon bottle at the store for water, and I accidentally forgot to strap it when I drove off. Almost half of it spilled in my back seat. I dried it with towels as best as I could and left the windows open for days to make sure it dried well. And I put a bunch of baking soda to help deodorize any potential smell. So I brought my car in with a bunch of leaves (since all the windows had been open and it was parked under a tree) and baking soda was all over the place. They cleaned it all up very well! And the customer service was great. The tall male manager walking outside even came by before I left to dry my front window because I accidentally sprayed the windshield wiper fluid before I left. It was a very kind gesture. Will definitely be coming back. Recommend it for sure! My brother has been going there for sometime, so I'm glad he told me about it.

This was my first time here. I was sus because of the negative reviews. But do not let that keep you away! I'm in love and will never go anywhere else. It was work all $40! I'm just so impressed. I wish I had a before picture to show the comparison. My car was DIRTY. The really made a great first impression. Plus I enjoyed a delicious coffee while waiting. Cute little cafe & boutique inside. Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed. To add, I went on a busy Saturday.

Good value for money; not a detail shop by any means but they do an acceptable job. The cafe inside is just sad; they could make WAY more $$ if they stocked their shelves a little.

My recent visit to this car wash was far from satisfactory.
Despite presenting a half-off receipt for their Gold Car Wash on a Tuesday, I was left disappointed. Upon surrendering my receipt at the beginning of the wash, I didn't receive it back. When I reached the cashier, I was informed that I needed the receipt for the discount. Despite explaining that I hadn't received it back, the salesperson insisted they had returned it to me, despite my thorough check of my car and pockets yielding nothing.
Things escalated when the older lady at the cashier counter displayed rude and condescending behavior. Rather than showing empathy or understanding, she made me feel like a liar with her dismissive attitude. Her insistence that her salespeople couldn't make such a mistake only fueled my frustration. It left me questioning the logic behind her approach and feeling disrespected as a customer. Even when her salesperson confirmed that he remembered returning the receipt to us, she refused to acknowledge the possibility of a misplaced receipt and insinuated that we were attempting to deceive her business.
On a positive note, the individuals cleaning the car did a commendable job. One of the males, whom I believe was a manager, made efforts to de-escalate the situation. He even offered us one of the extra receipts he had in his wallet to rectify the issue. However, despite this gesture, the cashier lady continued to imply dishonesty on our part, insisting it wasn't about the money.
Although they eventually honored the pricing with the half-off discount, the unacceptable customer service provided by that one lady overshadowed any positives. Despite her assurance that such an incident wouldn't reoccur, her behavior left me with little desire to return. When it comes to customer service, attitudes like hers make it hard for anyone to consider revisiting the establishment.

Best car wash in town but also priciest. $38 for gold wash- full service with vacuum, hand wipe dry, wax, tires. Bonus: low prices on Shell gasoline and they pump. Remember to leave your keys in the car - they drive from vacuum station to wash and from wash to dry area. Tip the guys that dry your car - they work hard.
