Horrible customer service. The employees rather not help with anything other than selling for benefit of the sole store as they are a reseller and not a corporate location.Charging 40$ for a replacement SIM card whereas can get it for free at a corporate location.On top of everything they made changes to our account without consent which landed us occurring unknown charges and they won’t help us fix the problem, as per Verizon corporate history they say this store made the changes.

Really bad customer service .. my dads phone shut off from a typo they made so we came in to find out what was wrong an the young woman acted like it was our fault we didn’t pay for an extra cost while we paid a month ahead. there fault but made us feel like it was us ! Bad service an attitudes . An we paid the extra an still not working! Come back tomorrow. The attitudes just really got me ?

I received assistance from Liz and she was amazing. She went above and beyond in assisting me. I had alot of questions and she answered them and didn't make me feel like I was asking to many questions or annoyed. Liz is an amazing employee and great customer service!

My Verizon experience was absolutely outstanding!I cannot remember the name of the man that helped me but the address was 1560 East hatch road.. he was very polite and amazing! He actually needs a raise lol

Horrible service, they seem friendly but will add hidden fees not verizon related. Location is ran by victra. So I went in to pre-order iPhone 15, they told me promotion was I got an iPad but needed to keep it on their network for 3 years and pay the sales tax. Didn't seem bad ipad was 300 dollar value, after 20+ minutes hidden fees started $300 sales tax 70 dollars activations fees +. I said never mine. I asked for help setting up auto pay and paperless billing so save 10 dollars per line. I was told you set. First bill won't reflect the credit, turns out it was never set up and paid 2 month an additional 60dollars. Came back for the iphone, total 289 sale tax and "bundle" we didn't ask for. I asked him to remove it, still got charged for 1 item. 37.92. And activation fee. Phone was not set up or open by him 40 dollars. Call verizo. Directly or go to a Verizon corporation store directly. Do not recommend will not be back. Very frustrating if you go here keep an eye out for hidden feed and analyze your bill before swiping or tap paying. Cannot stress enough I will not be back.

This is one of the hell place where the executives will lie to you to sell anything even if it comes at a huge cost to the customer and even you are threatened to not make any changes to your plan yourself, instead go with whatever they tell you to do and in terms of rudeness they have achieved the maximum level points. Hats off. I would recommend everyone to try any other place instead of getting ripped off here.

So disappointed in this store’s customer service! I had one of the worst experiences! Lupita was particularly rude and curt. I was given the run around regarding a replacement screen protector and told it would be 3 different prices depending on who you spoke to. Christian the manager did not inform me I could of ordered the replacement screen protector on line cheaper and did not keep promises made. Just know this store does not put the customers needs first and do not put customers as priority. I would avoid this store as well as the Modesto McHenry location since it is managed by the same Manager Christian!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had! Beware if this store and the Modesto store as well! To sum it up if you don't have time to read this is they had a different story each time I spoke to them, made promises they did not keep and gave me the run around and the customer was not a priority! I went to get my replacement screen protector I was told on purchasing my phone a year ago if I went back to the retail store it would be free. I was told by staff they do not carry that screen protector any longer for a I-Phone 13. The manager Christian, after me questioning how would I get a replacement since mine shattered and I was told on buying this it had a "lifetime guarantee". Christian said after checking he had one at his affiliated store in Modesto on McHenry Ave and could bring it over to the Ceres store in 2 days and that would cost me around $15 and would be quicker. He said"I'll have it at the store by 12:00 on Thursday. I questioned and should I call first, he replied no, it will be hear. I proceeded to go to the store on Thursday about 3:00 in the afternoon and the staff named Lupita stated not only was it not there but it would not cost me $15 but it would now per Lupita cost me $30. Lupita told me Christian should of told me it would of only cost $10 if ordered on line! She definitely had an attitude and was very curt and rude. On my insistence Christian who was at Modesto store was called and said the staff were wrong and it would be $15 and he would bring it from Modesto. I explained I could not have my disabled husband and dog wait in the car that long in the heat and would have to travel back to the store when the product was there. Mind you this is 2 hours after Christian o promised he would have the product there at the store.I live in south east Ceres and had to drive home and then called back in 30 minutes and was told by Lupita the product was now there. The whole experience was bad, I was lied to several times and promises not kept. Just know they do not put customer priority!
