I'm very displeased about my dog's full exam. The Vet checked a few areas of both my dogs and onlybecause I mentioned the areas. Whatever happened to the full exam we pay for? I asked for a full exam and didn't receive it.A full exam includes: veterinarian will examine your pet from head to toe, looking for early signs of health problems. This will include an oral exam, listening to the heart and lungs with a stethoscope, examining the eyes with an ophthalmoscope, looking in the ears with an otoscope, body condition scoring (a way to monitor weight), feeling lymph nodes and organs within the abdomen, performing a rectal exam, checking reflexes, watching how your pet moves, assessing them for pain, and much more. What I did receive is an estimate with unnecessary services for my dogs ear irritation. It was around $600. There medications were double the cost, even triple A cream for my dogs eye was $40. Checked chewy and it was $12.99. An ear medication was $80 from them and $47 from Chewy. There prices have doubled and some triple because they moved to a new facility. Then they tried to upsell everything under the sun. Passion for animals??? Not!!!

Currently here at 5:06 pm. Appointment was at 3:45. No one has even come to check on us. Time to find a new vet.Update: went to sylvan vet and was quoted half the price for the same service. The most telling sign this was the right switch is my dog was not shaking in fear at this vet like every time previously at valley vet.

I have been going to this vet for years, however I learned long ago for long-term care to go to another vet. They're okay for vaccinations and spay and neuter procedures, but they do add on extra prices for other things and their policies make it difficult to order prescriptions from cheaper places such as Costco. Because they always have different vets, it can be difficult for instructions to be passed on, which may be why extra costs get added on that the veterinarian didn't discuss/require. They have twice charged my elderly mother for services that weren't required, but she thought she had to do them. The people who work the front office are legitimately nice people who care about the animals. I don't like feeling as though I have to look through the bill with a fine tooth comb, however, and I don't appreciate that I can't send my mother there alone.

Brought in a cat to have spade and even though there was a line it moved pretty quickly. The gals were courteous and compassionate to our needs. VERY reasonable prices compared to others in town.

It's very difficult to get them to give the appropriate prescription for my animals for parasites. I need a paper prescription for Nexgard Combo for my cat and Simparica Trio for my dog. They refuse to answer Chewy's calls or emails, so I have to get a paper prescription from them because they say they won't do it any other way and that online pharmacies like Chewy, Petco & Petsmart are bad. The medications this vet offers are not as good though, and they offer them at a higher price here. I would rather just go online and get what I need. They do every last thing they can to prevent me from getting the medications elsewhere. I also needed Fluoxetine transdermal, and they didn't even know what it was until I emailed them with a screenshot and a link to the product page on the website.

They wrote a prescription for an item that did not exist (gurnam gill did). They wrote 3.75 mg tablet, when there's no such as this and all I could find were capsules, not tablets online. Btw, if you get your medications from there, they'll upcharge you 20% extra and it's much cheaper online (look for yourself). Shady veterinary hospital. I won't be bringing my dog here again.

This vet is very reasonable for getting you in. 35.00. However, the rest of the bill is padded. If you're not careful you will be charged a lot for everything. Took my dog in with simple ear scratching problem. Over 500 dollars later he still has the problem. Vet told me he must be allergic to meat and vegetables. That he should be eating their dog food. Ok? You be the judge. Its not the vet's first day on the job. Yet for the simplest issues they want to run expensive tests and procedures. Told me my female siamese cat that she was younger than her kitten when i took her in for checkup.. Her kitten was 3 years at the time. He told me she was 2-3 years. Facts.

Beware this place steals your money!! Do not go here because you will get scammed!!!! They slaughtered my cats balls! Took him in for a nurture and his balls are completely tore up!!!!! Flesh hanging out and everything then they blame me when I literally didn’t even get him home yet! They double charged to keep him over night and failed to tell me what they did to him!!!! I’ve never seen anything like this!!!! Now he is high risk of infection and might even die because they messed up!!!!! Don’t chance this place! They don’t care about your pet!
