This place sucks , first of all you got to wait at the gate for them to buzz u in , some time I'll be there for over 10 mins waiting, my friends storage unit around the corner from mine roof is leaking the manager said it's condensation but why isn't my unit like that. All her kids Xmas presents are wet and there flying in in 2 days that's so messed up. The manager said the maintenance guy will come look at it. Well the maintenance guys a lame he drove the golf cart past 3 times never stopped! I watched him Cruz by.v Oh and 3 weeks ago I was putting stuff from my car in my unit I put 3_12 packs of soda I put on the curb and I forgot to load them Back in my car , I left for ten mins and came right back.well the maintenance guy took them and put in his trunk of his car. I went and told the manager and the manager told me he watched him take it out his trunk...wtf(he could have put them in the office for 3 days and if no one claims them then ok he can have them ) and I had a DeWalt rolling tote that cost $150.00 and the maintenance guy stole that too. The managers responds was oh a truck pulled up and took it but idk who it's was cause the cameras are black and white.. ok 1st of all u buzz everyone who comes thru the gate inside, 2nd u seen him on camera and take it and u seen the truck pass the office on the way out , so basically your going to lie to my face! Also the maintenance guy stole another's persons recycles. So this place is crap!!! And yes I know people have bad days and like to be a ass and have bad days....but this is all real things that happened and I'm just letting everyone know this go to a different storage place . unfortunately I just started a new job but as soon as I get paid I'm moving to another storage facility....thank u and God bless

The owners and employees are very nice to work with and are very understanding. Its like renting from family. I tell everyone who asks me if they need a storage to come to Valley Public Storage on Carver rd.
