Good bank for loans but sucks for customer service. I have 3 banks other than valley first and never wait in line for so long. Also given late fees that was their fault in which they admitted but never reimbursed me.

Elvis provided EXCELLENT customer service. He went above and beyond in helping me create an account with Valley First. He truly made my first experience with this credit union amazing. 10/10 recommend!

I have no clue why there are so many negative reviews. Been here over 10 years and haven't experienced a single issue.
