Great for shipping packages out. Terrible for handling deliveries that were delivered to the wrong residence/address.I had an ordered allegedly delivered to me. Yet it wasn’t at my door and it wasn’t in my mailbox. Upon going to another postal office I found out that the mailman delivered it to the wrong address and marked it as “delivered”. When I went to correct post office, I felt as though the blew off the issue. I had to call the 800 number which had me on loop for 30mins to 1hr due to the call dropping.If you want to ship a package they are great. God forbid it gets lost due to their mishandling. Just get ready to file a claim and hopefully the parcel is fully insured.

Bad customer service from the manager came in yesterday for mail that was put on hold haven’t received mail for over 2 weeks due to them changing out old mail box. Manager stated there was no mail for me. Came in this morning and was helped by another employee who was more helpful than manager?! He was able to locate missing mail.

You can tell by the reviews and ratings that this location is full of govt employees who continue to abuse the system .Walked into this location with a simple question and left feeling discriminated against as well of the lack of professionalism on John and Tammythe manager(s) end.Walked into the usps location and noticed I was in a room with only mailboxes, a door that said customer service open at 8:30 and the counter / shipping area sealed off.I knocked on the door to customer service and John (Hawainn ish, although my family is Hawaiian and twice his size) and I asked him two simple questions, is this a real usps store and where would I be able to get this packaged / label printed and shipped?He got so offended that I asked if it was a real usps store his response was “why wouldn’t it be” and I told him my reasoning, which he realized was valid but he had a chip on his shoulder, got combative for a bit said is that all and slammed the door in my face.. so I rang the doorbell vigorously :) he answered again, we exchanged words, I told him about himself and the way he reflects customer service, then he asked if I wanted to speak to his manager Tammy (middle aged white lady) who came up with this completely disinterested look on her face … I already knew what was going to be what.I explained my side, she kept the same stick face on, so I asked for the district manager info, where she said “oh they are hard to contact, you can just go through me, I’m the supervisor…” .Trust me I’ve gone all the way up the chain in these cases and know it doesn’t end at the store.After they left me at the door , not bringing back the information, they left the rest of the customers outside for 30 mins and disabled the doorbell .They were trying to ignore me so bad they forgot they had an actual job they get paid to do. Grow up Tammy and John seriously.If you want to get personal, I’m open any time outside of your work place.Best of luck to your future

"Visited the post office expecting a quick in-and-out experience, but it turned into a time warp. The 40 plus minute wait felt like a crash course in postal philosophy. I was told by USPS corporate that my package was being returned to sender so I put in a request to be called by the local PO, which happened to be this branch. They reached out ASAP and let me know that my package *would* be delivered. I even got a few follow-up calls to let me know it was successfully delivered and explain a bit what may have happened. Thanks!!

If I could award zero stars I would.HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service.My mailbox at the apartment complex was damaged, most of the damages were repaired, except for mine. The door was bent and the claps was missing, is all.Originally I was advised, by postal staff, that there was a hold on my mail.I report to the post office over the last two-weeks to get my mail, which to my knowledge should have been held, due to being advised of the hold. Only to be told be employees there is no mail and yes there is still a hold on my mail.I start to get emails from my accounts asking if my address had changed, which it hadn't.Today 08/25/23 I am told that all my mail for the last two-weeks, while coming to the post office, was being returned.With experiences like these it is a wonder their funding is being cut.

I would rate 0 if I could. I'm sorry to the people that work here that are actually nice this is not for you!! There is an older white man who works and the two times I have interacted with him he is just rude. If you don't want to work there anymore retire!! You don't need to be rude to your customers, I'm just trying to pick up my mail sorry for being an inconvenience to you at the job you get paid to do. There is also a young lady who works at the door where you pick up your mail and she is rude as well, always irritated when I come to pick it up like I'm being an inconvenience to her as well (trust me I don't want to pick my mail up from this location as much as she doesn't want to get my mail but I have no choice). You guys need better customer service, if you don't want to interact with people get a job that doesn't require human interaction.

The male employee who helped me with my mailbox re keying was very rude and disrespectful. I just asked how long it would take to get my new keys, and he replied with a very unprofessional manner. His attitude was not suiting his job and his age. Very disappointing.
