This place makes me appreciate ups lol ups makes it so easy to return but this place makes it very hard wow trash. They dont even own tape? What post office doesnt have tape. Pathetic

Workers are real friendly and quick. They joke and just have fun together with customers while working. It's a nice homy feeling when your there.

I've been going to this location for years. Customer service has always been terrible, about 85% of the time. Most of the employees, not all, are grumpy & tired. Currently, the only employee that is friendly & helpful is the Asian gentlemen. He greets you in a respectful manner, asks you questions in a soft tone of voice. So shoutout to him! I can't say that about the Caucasian male though. He is fast at what he does, but tends to treat customers like they are dumb. The Asian(?) female employee is sort of nice, but sometimes she does give you an attitude. Another female, who I think is the manager, she, on the other hand, is friendly.

This is the only post office I've ever interacted with, but I had no issues here, and in fact was given help on the size of box id need for my shipment. Their was a bit of a line, but nothing that would cause an inconvenience. Easy to find parking.

Wow! Best post office experience I've ever had. I received a notice on my door that my package couldnt be delivered because of lack of postage. So I went to take care of it and the lady, the supervisor or manager, helped me. She called my carrier, Keith, and he was gracious to deliver it before I got home. Amazing service, thank you!!

Friendliness willing to answer questions kindness they try to work you through the lines as quick as possible but they are usually pretty busy as lots of people use this

I went inside to mail a small package. Rather than standing in line, I used the machine to complete my transaction. Fast, simple & easy. In & out in 10 minutes.

Seen people have a bad day and take it on the staff, that sometimes are short staffed or they got a sudden rush of costumers.God bless your home and family.
