“I just purchased a used vehicle from Empire and my overall experience was EXCELLENT! From the moment I called to signing the final paperwork I never felt pressured nor pushed into buying anything. They have awesome prices, very fair and even had the car I was looking at, sitting in the shade, totally detailed just waiting for me. I was greeted by a super nice and professional young man named Dasz. He was so friendly and professional and gave my boyfriend and I ice cold waters (it was a very hot day) and let us take the car for a test drive, just by ourselves. I got a very fair price and they were so kind and professional. Emilio who went through the paperwork with me was patient, friendly and answered all of my questions so professionally. He even brought up an issue that we hadn't even noticed and he said they will fix it immediately, which they did! Ed was the manager who we met last, he was again, very friendly, not pushy at all and was very professional and laid back. I was so pleased I even brought in my old car & had them do a full detail on it! Their work is excellent!! “I went in to trade my truck in to get two newer work trucks for my company. They appraised my truck but the deal ended up not going thru on the two trucks but I went somewhere else and still needed to sell my truck to make the deal happen so I hit them back up and they stood by their appraisal and bought my truck so I was able to to get my new company vehicles! “We purchased a vehicle from Ray and Angel in December. It immediately had issues. They honored the 30 day warranty and made every effort to repair the car. It turned out to be the transmission so they offered to get me another car at auction and use the previous car as a trade-in. I am very happy with the new vehicle and grateful to Ray and Angel for their honesty and fair dealings. Really good people. Would buy from them again! I didn’t give full marks because the process was slow due to it being a small family owned operation.”

“Joe and the rest of the staff are top notch at Showcase. We bought a Transit van, and they made it a seamless experience. From ordering it over the phone (showed us the vehicle thoroughly via FaceTime),they coordinated delivering it 50 miles to us the same day we purchased it, all with no pressure throughout the purchase. They brought the paperwork in person and had the sections highlighted and ready to go to sign in 5 minutes. In addition to this, sent two guys out to upfit the van after we bought it. They traveled again for this and knocked it out. In addition, there were a couple of minor accessory items we needed fixed on the vehicle, and they ordered them right away from Ford and we are setup to have them come fix it. Highly recommend these guys and we will be buying more vehicles for them for our business.”

My husband and I had a terrible experience at a different small dealership and were wary of trying another small dealership but we are so happy we decided to check out Car connections.
