Regardless of how busy or slow the business in the store is, it is always organized, efficient and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am one who doesn’t really leave reviews, but this place is exceptional in what they do!

I am giving this rating because the employee was very kind and patient with me. I have severe anxiety and she was able to assist me with shipping my package. It included some very personal items and she was nonjudgmental as well.

Great service and competitive prices!
I called a few days ago to inquire about photocopying a large stack of papers without an appointment. They were very helpful and assured me it wouldn't be a problem.
I visited the shop today between 2 pm and 3 pm. It wasn't crowded, but there was a steady flow of customers. The place has great ventilation, which is a plus, and the staff were friendly and professional.
Since I was on a budget, I appreciated the staff's willingness to work with me and photocopy as much as possible within my limit. For future reference, black and white photocopies are currently priced at $0.25 per page, and color copies are $0.65 per page.
Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend this place for photocopying needs.
I'll definitely be back to photocopy some additional documents, use your printing services, and take advantage of your shipping options too.

They were very friendly and we're kind enough to answer my 3-year-old daughter's silly questions. Very easy going and helpful with my return process. 5 stars 10/10. Awesome store

Ive only have had great experiences here at this UPS store, I come here all the time because I live very close but even if I didnt I would without a doubt drive the extra miles.Firstly, the staff are always very friendly and helpful and have a positive attitude towards their job which I'm sure is not easy due to having to deal with every sort of problem that may arise from day-to-day due to no fault of their own because of well....from being a UPS store(that in itself can be mentally exhausting im sure).Secondly, ive not once seen a negative interaction between the employees and any customer, ever. They always seem motivated to get what you need in a timely manner, even when they're busy with a rush of customers.Lastly, to sum it up every package that ive sent from this location arrived in perfect timing, even when it cannot be guaranteed. Every 2-day rush shipping i paid for was money well spent as they usually involved an emergency and was delivered promptly.So i highly recommend this UPS store because of all of the above reasons and will continue to go here and suggest you should too, and not listen to the negative comments and fashion your own opinions of the place. Because those negative commenters sounded like they were nost likely rude to begin with and should show some respect when someone is being helpful towards you(especially that JT dude, like for real buddy get a life.)

A lady with a bad attitude not suppose to work in company like ups , welcoming customers with a bad behavior, tried to charge me for just a single print $2,16 and overcharged more than other ups for regular mail . She said this is my store no ome here to tell me anything , so upset a about her behave

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would in a heartbeat, in fact, negative stars if that was possible.If you need to use the UPS store, do not go to this one! Beware, beware, beware! They do not care about you as a customer, and are not willing to help you out whatsoever; Especially Ryan and Louisa. I use the UPS store on Orangeburg all the time. Their customer service is phenomenal; they have no problems helping you tape a box or two, help you package things up, anything you need, they are there to help. I went into the McHenry store and the two folks mentioned above wanted to sell me a roll of tape so that I could tape two small boxes closed, mind you my company has a massive national account! That is horrible, on top of that not only did they want to charge me for the roll of tape, but it was in the back behind the counter. Nothing was merchandised out on the floor for a customer to buy, no pens, paper, staplers nothing for a customer to use either. Do not go to this location.
