THESE PEOPLE ARE FUCKING THIEVES!!! My gf and I came to this location to open an account with $220 in cash. It was supposed to be half and half in both the checking and savings accounts. However, little did we realize two days later that the receipts say only $60 was deposited into both accounts--$100 was missing! We tried calling the bank, and they told us there is little they can do given the receipts. We suspected someone at the bank pilfered our cash and we asked them to investigate, but they said they don't have access to the security cameras, which is a bunch of bullshit! I am having them investigated by the feds. I would not do business with these assholes, but if you do, watch your money and DO NOT trust the employees with cash. Get a money order if you have to so you have documentation. They are con artists!!

I spent many years (20+) with another institution. When they were purchased by a Canadian bank I decided to find an American bank with a local branch to deal with. U. S. Bank has proven to be a great choice! Great service, easy to do business with, friendly staff, easy to use web & mobile access. My wife & I are Very, very happy with our decision!

USBank customer service is nonexistent. Their ap is horrible, their text help can't help, call them and you'll get phone menus, transfers, holds, hang ups, and "we can't help you"'s. The tellers at the bank can't decide if they are usbank or union bank so they just pass you around. They answer BBB complaints with lies and complacency. I.really think their usiness model is on purpose. Once they get a direct deposit, they don't give 2 shits what happens from there. Find a local.credit union. Steer clear of usbank unless being ignored is your kink. Just another Wells fargo.

if i could give a "no star" rating i would. i am extremely disappointed with us bank and their services, their so called support for their banking customers is useless. their "fraud investigation department" is a joke! i will be closing my account with them and going elsewhere with my banking needs. i do not recommend us bank to anyone. not unless you want to have your money stoled from you and have your so called bank treat you like your a liar. worse experience with us bank!!

Went to the Bank ATM on Sat. to Draw out Money for the Weekend, The ATM Not only Didn't give Me any Cash (seems the ATM was out of Money) it Kept My Card! Not happy about that! Called on Monday to get My Card back and was told the Employee that could open the ATM didn't work on Monday? What? They only have One Employee that can Handle this Problem? Not happy with this Branch!

I've been a long time customer at Us Bank and by far Sarah is the absolute best. I won't go anywhere else! She is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Many times she has gone above and beyond to meet my banking needs. She is truly and asset to this branch and a loan genius! She always greats me with a smile and remembers my name! I recommend her to all my family and friends. She is the essence of true customer service. Sarah provides best experience from any financial institution. 10/10 would recommend!!

this bank will never get my business! waited in the heat for 32 minutes,Corona lockown so drive thu hot day in line for the drive-thru teller. all I needed was change for $100 bill (for my dad that is disabled) and was told after they only do that for customers. I will never come back here! and I recommend you don't either!

Staff are always changing this one person took me 10 minutes to deposit 1 check and get cash back. She sat here looking at her screen at god knows what. Then after 5 minutes asked if I had an account there ????? I told her no but I was a signer on the account and she took 5 more minutes to give me the cash. The lines are horrible and some of the staff are clueless. The manager is never around or not available. The only branch that has there stuff to get her is the Tully/Standiford DON't go to the mchenry or downtown branch if you can avoid it.

1. The wait time is UNACCEPTABLE. 2. You can't call them directly to get help? What's up with that? 3. Customer Service? They don't know what that is at THIS branch. 4. My tenant was unable to put in CASH? Why? 5. My tenant WAS going to open up an account here to make things easier but they were "complete IDIOTS" - and so another bank will be getting his business. AT THE VERY LEAST - they could have looked at OUR account to see the type of business WE give US Bank and called OUR local branch manager in SAN RAMON who is amazing, or let him come back first in line with whatever he needed to PUT $ INTO AN ACCOUNT. Geez! WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON HERE????? So many other options they could have done to or suggested to earn his business. STOP BEING SO LAZY MODESTO!!

Wow. I can't even begin to describe the wait time. One teller and it's about 3:30pm on a Friday.. really?? And the other young lady walks around grabbing "stuff" attend to the customer and get back to your "stuff" especially if there's 6 of us waiting, most of which look like we are on lunch.

I would NEVER bank with this location. I've had an issue with my account, that is the bank's error & caused hundreds of dollars in fees being charged to my account. After calling customer service nearly 23 times to have this dealt with & being transferred all over with no resolution, I decided to call this location for the 2nd time. I was "helped" by "Kim". "Kim" had no idea how to do her job. She couldn't figure out the problem so she blamed me for the issue. I told her that if this couldn't be resolved, I would pursue it legally and to transfer me to a manager. "Kim" hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager & "Kim" said "Stop threatening me with violence. Stop threatening me. You're threatening me. Stop threatening me" & then hung up. "Kim" all the calls are recorded and you've been reported to the District Manager. You're welcome, I hope they listen to those calls and you lose your job. I hope you have mouths to feed & people depending on you and you feel what it feels like to lose your money and threaten your ability to do that. On the upside of everything, I decided to give the customer service line one more try, thanks to a very kind, respectful, empathic and just absolutely amazing rep named Tim, my issue was FINALLY resolved in 15 mins. Tim did in minutes what 23 other people that I contacted from US Bank couldn't do. You know why? Tim listened and did his job and investigated. Tim didn't have an ego standing in the way of performing his job. He could see the error the bank made. Tim was empathic and wanted to resolve the issue for me, the customer. I couldn't of asked for a better outcome but I would never use this bank again. One gem out of a mountain of horrible people. Just ridiculous & despicable.

I will never do business with US Bank again. My father past away early last year and I wanted to purchase his home. I went to US Bank because I thought that since they held the loan on his house that it would be easy since they had his info. No! Not only could their manager of the home loan department help me or answer my questions, he kept repeatedly asking for the same documents even after I would confirm with him that he received them. He was not very knowledgable and could not answer the majority of the questions I asked. So after basically firing them and going to another bank who had a very young man helping me but knew and could answer almost all my questions and if he couldn't he responded within 24hrs with an answer. My loan was completed within 45 days something US Bank branch home loan manager could even start. Not only did I have problems trying to obtain a loan, but now they can't even follow their own instructions that I followed to obtain the escrow from the bank. I was instructed to fax 3 documents, death cert. court letter stating I was executor, and a letter instructing what I would like them to do. Done ! 7 days ago. I get a letter a few days ago at the wrong address stating they received the documents and that the loan amount is 0 owed. No mention about the escrow and them issuing a refund which is what I requested in the letter I was told to fax. Said letter stated to please refund me the escrow amount in a check in my name to my address. Did they follow any of the instructions. No! They stated today in my hour long phone conversation that a check would be issued in my father's name and that I would have to mail it back and have a check issued in my name. What? Excuse me! Supervisor please! So after being on hold for an hour why they looked at their documents. I was told a check was already issued in my father's name and they could not stop it in time cause they didn't follow my request that they required I submit in writing before issuing said check. So now I have to wait again for them to reissue a new check in my name and they void the 1st one. I have never dealt with such a company who has so many incompetent people working for them. They lost the home loan and any business from me or anyone I can tell my story to.

Not very helpful. I went there and ask for account help with my USBANK Credit Card. I mean they are a USBank branch and have USBank credit card apps on display. Silly me, to think to get help there. They told me to call the customer service number on the bank statement. I was asked to step aside "for other customers" I was hoping to cut through the endless wait of phone calls and talk to a real person from the start. No such luck. I wonder if car and home loans are same hassle when a person needs help if they are referred to a phone number on a statement like I was.
