Horrible customer service I almost never leave reviews I had to for this one . I traveled about an hour and twenty minutes and was excited to get a new salt water fish. When I got there I asked for help to get a fish i really wanted. I waited 20 mins and they just ended up helping someone else who had came in much after us . I had enough and decided to leave and go someone else’s. Fresno has a better one if you are looking to buy a new fish or house pet I suggest you go to Whiteys in Fresno.

I have been coming here since my kids were little. Now I bring my grandson. It's always fun to walk the store, everyone is always friendly. It's a little outdated but that is part of what makes it nice. It doesn't feel like a corporation. I recommend stopping by.

such wide variety of plants, fish, and aquarium supplies. the gentleman with long hair who works in the fish section is super knowledgeable and really helpful.
prices are unbeatable!!
the young caucasian woman who works there is so sweet as well! she checked me out and answered all my questions about supplies for my tank!
while we were heading out we got to talk with the owner ted who is such sweet and kind soul. he showed us so many fun magic tricks, you can tell he really enjoys his job and talking with people who come in!!
i’ll never go anywhere else for my aquarium supplies!

Great selection of fish and the best place to get artificial plants(any size you need). 4 stars only because the tanks don't have very good lighting. With a little bit of work this place would be a 5. Oh yeah..the prices are very reasonable.

Those fish need to be in much larger tanks. The employee tried to sell me fish that would never work in my setup, and was completely unknowledgable about the hobby.

I've been going here for for over 25 years since I was a kid, still remember my dad buying a large fish tank we had for several years in our family home Now I have a aquascape type setup myself, super minimal and low maintenance but this is my go to place for all my rare plant find. My father now has a backyard koi pond. Our family can always expect knowledge and experienced people to help us with anything, ideas, tips, ect, let alone all the rare fish and products found nowhere else in the surrounding area!

Great people, great customer service!!! Always willing to answer questions, I've always had great conversations with the staff. I drive from sonora to specifically come to this place, not to mention they have been upgrading the store and it's looking great! If you take your kids in ask for the gentleman who does the awesome magic tricks!!! He was great!!!

There is an older gentleman there who helps you get the fish. He is rude as hell, he should not even be working at that store. I don't care if he owns it or not. Telling me he cannot sell me a fish that fits in the 75 gallon tank because I have 55 gallon, but he has two of them squeeze in a 5 gallon tank in the back when I asked him how long have those been there he could not give me an answer. Somebody needs to call because they also have little beta fish and cups with barely a quarter inch of water in their fence sticking out dying in the damn cup, how can you not sell an animal that you are slowly killing in your store to somebody who will love and take care of it. I would never go back to the store ever again, I even let the lady know at the front desk When she asked if I was help today and I said no, he was very rude, do not go here and they are not racist because I am white just to let you know the other reviews they are just big and they don't wanna get rid of any of their fish apparently. Horrible experience made me and my friend feel very uncomfortable. We we ended up going to Petco where they helped us with everything we needed and we're very polite about it.

horrible customer service!!! the owner and his family members are RACES as hell so if you not white don't go there because they will treat you wrong they have tons of died fish in a lot of thier tanks also they don't take care of the fish good so most of the fish got Diseases, and all the fish and products are over priced this store is bs they need to be shut down it's a waste of property
