They have a good eye for great quality products and seem to offer more for less than other companies. I had originally planned on going with an Amazon product, but after reviewing the Amazon sellers warranty and after sales reviews decided to go with BigToysDirect instead. Spent over $300 on our toy and are still able to reach out for technical support and assistance to them even now , 2 years later.
