Totally bad attitude from the workers here felt like an inconvenience was rude in Spanish and English. Sergio I believe was his name. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED AND DISCRIMINATED. wouldn't even speak to me as a women here with my husband.

I had been told I was a valued customer of 13 years and 5 months. What a joke. We moved our service was not as reliable as it had been. Apparently we were roaming. I didn't even know that was still a thing since we had an unlimited plan on 4 lines. I was given a three day notice that my sons line would be canceled and 30 day notice the my husbands and my lines would be cancelled. I have had my number for 24+ years. During the last 13+ years I have had to make payment arrangements once and my payment was late a couple of times. My bill has alway been paid even the fees for being late and I purchased multiple phones. I am not willing to give it up. so much for being a valued customer

Bad attitude from the workers they where not patient or polite. They made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Id recommend going to another location.

We were cheated here. It was a bait n switch. We were told 90.00 for 3 lines, because 3rd line was free. When we got the 165.00 bill, it was very upsetting. My husband went in and talked to the manager who denied saying all he said, but there were 2 of us that heard the same thing. We hv also had so much trouble with our internet we got through them as well as dropped calls, or we can't receive some calls at all. We are going to change back to Metro. We never had problems with them and only left due to the lie. You just can't trust anyone anymore.

The associate said that they're a third party store, so they didn't have the phone I was looking to buy. Not rude or anything. However if you go into a T Mobile store you'd think they'd all have the same products. But not so. The one on Sisk Rd next to Trader Joe's did have everything I wanted so it was still good.

DO NOT DO NOT DOOOOO NOT go to this T Mobile Store for anything. There is a total lack of any customer service of any kind !!!!! I went into this location to make a $300 purchase and waited for at least 10 minutes and had to watch 1 Store associate bullsh#t with the person he was helping and watched the other associate try to help another customer but he himself looked clueless as if he was the one in need of help. The whole time I was waiting, I was not acknowledged one time. I consider this a direct reflection on Management. I know a thing or two about customer service since I worked in the retail industry for over 38 years. The two associates either need to focus and at least pretend that they actually care about their job and customers or just quit because it was as if they weren't there anyway. They certainly could use some better training when it comes to acknowledging and engaging customers. I gave them only 1 star but, that's because if you don't give at least 1 star then you can't submit a review. They honestly didn't deservea a 1 star rating . They deserved a 0 star rating !!!!!

Walked in with a problem phone, anxious I was going to be upsold something I can't afford & didn't really want, but the gentlemen working understood the issue immediately and had me out the door in no time!Knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous!

If you want good service, go to the T-Mobile on Dale or in the mall. They are the only actual authorized T-Mobile stores in Modesto. I tried this store once and it was terrible. Tried again recently and they told me what I wanted was at the store on Dale. Once arriving at the store on Dale, they did not have the phone I was looking to purchase. Also informed me that this T-Mobile was not an authorized store. Just save yourself time and not go to this one.

I drove to this location, because I had a terrible experience at the Tracy location. The tracy tmobile made me come back several times only to waste my time and not help my situation at all. Huge rave to Juan for explaining to us how it works and what needed to be done in the most professional manner. He was upfront and honest and that's all I could've ever wanted. Another huge rave to Reem for being so patient and helpful at the same time! She understood exactly what kind of help we needed and she went above and beyond for us! Thank you guys so much. Thanks to you two, I was able to get my situation figured out and my phone is now working!
