Very pleased with the service. I dealt with Rick the whole process. Only took a week and my car looked better than before the accident!

From beginning with the phone call to schedule the appointment with the adjuster to the end Superior and all of their staff were absolutely amazing to work with. Rick walked me through what would be done to the vehicle and he also kept me up to date during the repair.
When we picked the vehicle up it had been detailed inside and out and looked like a completely brand new car. We are very pleased with the service provided and will definitely be a customer for life.

They were not only immensely informative but also incredibly patient, walking me through every detail of the repair process with kindness and humor. Their approach made the entire experience remarkably stress-free. Whenever I reached out with questions or concerns, they were always ready with understanding responses and practical assistance. Notably, their helpful suggestions for rental car services were a lifesaver, steering me towards more affordable and convenient options. The quality of their work was outstanding, with my car returned in even better condition than before the accident. Horrible service and bad attitude from the office staff.
1) They messed up the insurance estimate and ommitted a large part of the repair.
2) I signed over my entire insurance check on the basis that they would pre-order the necessary parts for the repair because of logistical backlogs.
3) Called back several weeks later and they said the parts had not even been ordered because they were waiting to hear from me on whether I wanted to move forward with the repair (which makes no sense given the fact that I signed/accepted the estimate and prepaid the repair in full).
4) Finally got the car scheduled for repair. Was told it would take 3-4 days.
5) It's been over two weeks, and I'm still without a car. They refused to release it because they were waiting for the supplementary payment from the insurance company.
Mind you: confirmation from the insurance company that the check is en route in not enough. They require the check to physically arrive before they release the car. The supplementary payment is for the portion of the repair that they forgot to include in the original estimate.
6) I finally relented and paid out of pocket to get the car back.
More than two weeks without a car and with a family member in the ICU. Mistakes happen. I get it. But the dismissive attitute of the office staff and the refusal to accept any responsibility was the worst part of this whole experience.

Terrible terrible Job. Incomplete repair. They told me 5 days to repair a small scratch on the door. They took two weeks to give me my car back with an incomplete repair. Do not use this shop for your repair anybody can do the job they do. They re not superior at all.

My wife and I got into an accident earlier this year. The car, an EV bought 6 weeks earlier was not totaled but not drivable. We had to have it towed and delivered directly to a Body shop. I called 3 different places all claiming to be full. One of them, was Superior Paint. Feeling a bit stressed that I could not find an Auto Body shop left me with limited options on what to do next. Then While looking for more places, Superior Paint called me back. The shops manager, Eloy asked me questions about my vehicle and told me he can make a space for it but I would have to really work with him. He told me up front that parts for a brand new EV could take month’s to deliver and that I was going to have to be patient. I really appreciated his reality check, brutal honesty though the thought of losing my car for 3-4 month’s was heartbreaking. As it turned out, that is exactly what happened. Needed over 30 parts that trickled in very slowly over the course of 4 months. Eloy and Delores went out of their way to consistently check on part availability and sent me weekly e-mail updates on how many I still needed to complete the repair. I Could’nt have asked for better service. In the end, we got our car back as minty as we bought it and Eloy was there with me every step of the way. Kudos to Superior Paint on a job well done.

Place is terrible got shop guys sitting on the roof of peoples pick up cab like animals. The front office guys act professional but the shop guys are slobs and if you're car is a car of interest to them they like to say its totaled and then when you come in ask you if you want to sell them the car. Three guys at different times asked me "if they total it you want to sell it" which makes me think they purposely add on to the bill out of personal interest. Absolute joke.

I'm giving it a 3 because the last time I took my car there they did a great job about 5plus years ago so I wanted to go back when I was rear ended!!! I went in for my estimate I was running late I called they person who answered said come on in .. When I arrived the guy behind the desk was so rude he told me to sit down!! It was all just down hill after that his attitude was horrible so I cancelled my car going there for repairs and had my insurance send it to another shop for repairs. I had a business for 19 years customers service matters!!
