I was looking forward to renting a storage unit from this location, but the way the male employee (didn’t catch his name) was extremely rude & barely let me finish what I had to say over the phone. He was extremely unprofessional which pushed me to find another business to go through. Couldn’t believe how he was acting. Very childish

I recently went and checked out this facility and walked the property with Eve and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and will be renting with them soon as I feel like it’s secure and well managed

Horrible experience renting a unit with them. The customer service is horrible, the prices are outrageous, the hours are also horrible and trying to pay online is the hardest process ever. I wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy

Very disappointed with Storquest on Oakdale we have automatic payments set up so we have allowed access from 6 AM and so on I do store my business stuff here so I come here every week to get my things and I give them a call this morning letting them know about a security gate before the keypad access and they tell me they are not aware of any other gate and that they cannot send nobody to open it because they're not aware of the gate I am talking about once again. I am very disappointed because this has just costed me over $300 might not be much but it's money I AM losing and not THEM " How arent you guys aware of your Own Security Gates ...P.s "dont reply saying to call back just to speak to rude people .."

Had some problems with the bank involving a scammer doing chargebacks/ refunds on some months paid for. Had to pay twice again for those months that the scammer charged back/refunded, but never actually got the money we paid the first time back into the bank for those chargebacks/refunds.Because the employees said that they don’t do refunds!?!, so technically making us pay twice with no money returned on those scammers chargebacks/refunds claims. So where did the first payments go? They wouldn’t tell us.Really put us in a difficult spot with no compensation after explaining our situation, but was really persistent that we pay again regardless of them not giving the first payment back.All the while the employee was being rude, and bluntly suggested that we just move out then and there, when the money problem hasn’t been solved attempting to make us pay a even higher price.Started to give a more angrier tone since she wouldn’t listen to what I was saying when I clearly explained that they would be making us pay twice since,1: they claim they don’t do refunds, so we never got the first payment we made back2: she kept insisting that it was my bank even though I called the bank in front of her on speaker phone proving that I never did a chargeback/refund.It didn’t help that I’m currently pregnant at the time so she severely stressed me out on the whole conversation.This event completely made us not trust this storage place anymore, and have made the decision to move out on our own time. Which is the reason for the 1 star review and as everything was happening I recorded her speaking on video bluntly saying that they don’t do refunds.So tell me if you don’t do refunds why do you approve chargebacks/refunds but don’t actually give the money back??? Is it just to gain more money???Would not recommend this place to others, looking for cheap storage.

The prices are pretty high but the property and unit that I was shown were very clean so it is worth the extra price. Rebecca's customer service is the real reason I will be back to rent!

I had my wallet, stolen with all of my identification and codes to my storage unit a few years back now I never make it to Modesto to my storage unit, but all I had to do was call them and tell them what happened and to change the lock and as far as I know, they handled that for me soon I’d like to go and go through my storage And check out my memories maybe move some things around bring some things out. I’ve been really pleased with the way that I feel they have secured my belongings
