I called to get a quote, and the lady over the phone was VERY rude . She said it was too expensive for me, but would not give me a price. She would not let me get a word in, how does she know we can't afford this. When I tried talking she pretended her phone was going out. Horrible service. We were willing to pay extra fees but we will find something else. Thank you for nothing. I suggest looking somewhere else. Seems like they don't want business . Or if they do, they need to have better customer service .

Storer has always been racist since the 80's. How many people of different ethnicity do you see riding their busses or driving them. And don't even think about administrative office positions!!

After all that has gone on over the past few years, I realize that Bob is a racist. He won't refuse service to you if you are white, the race of the passengers he allowed on his bus. I think this company needs to reevaluate it's practices on hiring and training.
