My husband and I with our four children came to pick up our car . My experience with one towing man was amazing. He had great communication skills and was very helpful . unfortunately, I did not ask or catch his name . However, Tyler (I forgot his last name) , the man who was not helping me was inputting his answers with a mean and rude attitude and behavior. I just had a baby and is battling postpartum depression so my emotions are very sensitive. As I was speaking to the man who was first helping me, I asked for a paper to write down prices. Tyler walked into the office to pick up a paper. When he came back he aggressively placed the paper on the table and threw me a pencil and said “here so you can write it down.” Throughout those minutes I wanted to cry so much. I wanted to tell him something but I could not because I would of started crying so much . As well I had to hold my composure because my children’s were there and did not want to be seen as weak . My husband went to pick up my bag from the car during those moments .Tyler if you reading this please receive help to change that attitude and behavior with others . Heshould not be mean to people especially customers who pays him to do a duty he signs up for .
I will be calling this upcoming Monday to discuss the issue with the main owner .
Thanks you so much to the lovely man who helped me when I first got there and telling Tyler to not be rude !!!

I highly recommend this towing company. My car was not responding and they came right away to help me. If you ever need a tow truck please call them! 10/10 customer service as well--- I was very nervous since it was the first time my car had ever left me stranded and the person who answered my call was very nice and understanding. As well as the driver who came to my rescue very patient as well!

They towed my car because I was parked in the empty Space next to me. I just had back surgery less than two months before and I'm still on temporary disability and the tow truck driver and me have had words before and so he did this just out of spite so I wouldn't recommend these guys for nothing I give them a 0

I would leave no stars if I could. I stopped by my dads who is sick with cancer and needed gas money to go to the doctor. He lives in a mobile home park in Ceres, the curb in front of his place is red but I literally was there no more than 10 mins. I ran outside to see them driving off with my car. I ran after the guy and told him the situation and he was heartless! We followed the driver to the tow yard which was only a few miles and they not only charged me $310 for a 3 mile tow but another $100 for a 1 day storage fee when my car was there 30 minutes! Very heartless and uncaring people.Service: Car towing
