Heather was outstanding. Se showed us more concern about our welfare by looking up and confirming our warrante was still active on our Rheem waterheater, with out us even asking. That is something one doesn't see very often. Fantastic service.

The staff here are very knowledgeable. I brought in the parts I had and pictures of what I couldn't move, described my problem and the staff knew exactly the size of the fittings and extenders I needed to replace an in-line water filter. They also have great music taste.

Everyone here was so incredibly helpful I really can't thank them enough for their effort ? I wasted several days trying to go to home Depot or Lowe's where they didn't want to help me. Any plumbing questions I've got I'm coming here ?
