If I could give 0 stars I would, we lived here from 2019 and moved out 2022, there was a roach problem that was never fixed, our bathroom roof caved in twice and they never fixed it properly it kept leaking and caving in creating a hole in the bathroom ceiling, black mold problem that was never fixed in our bathroom. Our kitchen faucet leaked and the entire wall behind our sink was full of black mold they fixed the sink but the walls still had black mold and the water got under our carpet which also had black mold that they did not replace the carpet, mind you I was pregnant at the time. And we found out from our upstairs neighbors during the COVID epidemic that the apartments received the rent relief help but they didn't tell any of their renters and still demanded payment and didn't give any grace on late payments. They also told us the manager at the time named Marcus and the maintenance man victor at the time were both pocketing money from rent payments. Marcus even stuck notes on peoples doors (according to Marcus) saying that the rent went up and we needed to pay the difference which is what I believe he was pocketing. I never saw a note but Marcus told me we owed. They never told us we never got our money back that they were pocketing they just fired both of them and that was that. Also the apartment victor the maintenance man lived in was completely updated with everything new while all the other apartments were falling apart. There was also one tenant that lived above us that threw parties and they would get super loud and drunk and argue and throw glass bottles and I let the manager know both times and they never did anything. And there's another man there I think he is another maintenance man, he has peoples cars towed if your in one spot for more than a few hours or if your parked somewhere you shouldn't be he will tow your car so quick. And if your tags are expired he will have your car towed. The new manager Melissa is never available, never at the office, never answers the phone and the few times I did catch her to get things fixed, I never heard back. They never gave me my deposit back and sent me to collections for a $500 amount every though all the damage was from then not fixing anything. So I would not recommend living here.

There are roaches in the laundry room. The cleaner does don't clean good he wears inappropriatelinappropriate things in front of kids outside. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE.The place VERY dirty the manager is bad and doesn't help fix the problem at all. The take super long to repair things like the pool and they did a bad job on fixing the pool and the speed bumps have a bad paint job on them.

I've never lived in apartments before but had many friends and family who've lived for years now. This was my first apartment and I've started feeling bad about my decision of choosing this place. Nobody responds to your calls nor there's anyone in the office. Always, always kept knocking on the office door, calling them no success. It's a terrible situation where you're stuck with your questions but have to pay rent on time? Ugh, why don't they take a step forward to make it a better experience for people who give them business and call it home.

This was my first ever apartment/home I moved into after I first moved out of my parents house, I lived here for four years and never ran into any issues or had any complaints. It's always very well maintained. The manager, Melissa, is a very kind and understanding lady who really goes the extra mile to ensure the complex is not only always well kept but also that it's a fun and community friendly place to live by doing things such as an event calendar and activities such as door decorating contests w prizes to win and things like that and is always on top of any problems that may occur immediately. Being a tenant there for so long I know majority of who has made negative reviews regarding the manager and can definitely say they are false considering they were the tenants causing A LOT of problems throughout the whole complex by being beyond obnoxious and had no consideration for any other tenants. Marcus was a good manager but also let a lot of things he shouldn't have slide and didn't really care to keep the property maintained or care if it was which is why some people preferred him and were upset about the new manager.

I had moved in here in 2020 while Marcus was still here and he was such a great apartment manager, then we got a new manager who is still here as of 2023 and she harassed me til I left and I still come time to time to visit my sister and she is still harassing me. she is the worst and deserves to be let go. She favorites only the men here and that is wrong. I'm going too go foward with this soon.

We moved in March 2020 Marcus was awesome . Always there always available to help . So was victor the maintenance guy . COVID hit and I think they switch him out to a lady that is never available , never answers the phone and is rude when you go ask her questions . We recently moved out on the month of may and currently waiting on our deposit !!!!! The process takes 25 days and we been waiting for 2 months . Always making up an excuse when she does answer . Don't recommend this place anymore .

There management is trash ... they got rid of Marcus and gave us a female that's never there and the old maintenance guy was always on his shit now we have a maintenance guy that makes a mess and does nothing to clean it up. I wish I could leave zero stars but you know one should be good enough .... if we still had Marcus it was 5 stars but now it's a 0.5

I had many bad experiences with storage units until I found Spring Glen. It’s hard to find a place that monitors their premises like they do. They take pride in their place and keep it clean at all times. Staff is very accommodating as well. If finances allow, I plan on purchasing an RV and I will have no worries storing it at the RV parking area.

Spring Glen Storage & RV has been GREAT! Our previous RV storage location closed a year ago and we found this place through google. Couldn't be happier! If your looking to utilize a storage facilty, I highly recommend Spring Glen Storage & RV everyone is friendly, prices are reasonable, I felt safe leaving my RV/Trailer there during the off season.

Love this place!! The staff works extra hard to keep the place very clean and neat. Storage and RV parking is very secured and prices are reasonable! I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
