I was the only one in the store they had a wait list but store was empty they told me i would have to wait 3 hours to see if anyone showed up . I will NEVER go there again

The whole experience from checking in on line to paying on the way out is absolutely great. Even if my preferred person is not available there's notes so they know exactly what to ask/do. Kimmie is the best. She cuts my hair and trims my mustache and beard exactly like I like it and does a perfect job everytime. Thank you

I have been using your franchise for about 7 years now. Started with the Sports Clips in Tracy, moved down to Oakdale and found yours. I am always fully satisfied with my cut, and of course the MVP treatment. Maddie did not disappoint. My haircut was great, especially being that I was over 3 weeks past when I normally get one, she did a great job. I was her first customer of the day, and she hit a homerun, right out of the gate. The products used at Sport Clips work extremely well on my hair. Kimmie at the Salida California store is amazing. She takes pride in her work and is extremely friendly. I won't let any other beautician or barber touch my hair. I have a mullet and Kimmie keeps it well-groomed. I'm glad she is part of your team.
