I first did business with speer floors in 2011. I was so happy with the work back then that I went to them again just recently to do my whole house. Larry the owner met me at his store with a big smile. He helped me pick out my carpet and luxury vinyl with appropriate colors to match my furniture. Then we immediately went to my house for him to measure. I was pleasantly surprised at the price and he was able to install it within 2 weeks. He would have installed it sooner but I had a lot of prep work to be done before they could come. The most amazing thing was Larry's crew was as friendly as he was, and not just that they were efficient at their jobs. Thank you Larry Speer. See you soon!

Larry is great to work with. He is very responsive and communicates well. We chose our floor material and had it installed within a week! His crew were wonderful and very attentive to detail. Everyone involved went above and beyond to do a great job. Thanks for the great work! Highly recommend!

Larry Speer and his crew Gustavo and Gabriel and many others are the most kind and professional flooring experts in modesto. I have researched Lowe's, Home Depot, Flooring Liquidators, and others but Speer Flooring was the only one that had a consistent 5 star reviews; whereas, the others had very low reviews so I had to see why and was not disappointed. The pictures I have says all and the customer service was quick and professional. Our entire floor was done in a weekend and would have been quicker if I had listen to the professional contractor Gustavo. Gustavo has been doing floors for years and has his contractors license. Always take their advice because they truly know what they are doing when it comes to floors. I couldn't believe how fast the floor was out and the new floor in... I'm still flabbergasted on time, speed, efficiency, and accuracy. Larry is a man of God truly serving his community and it would be a disservice to not choose Speer flooring to get the job done. Gustavo was kind and he went the extra mile and also placed a base board in our bathroom but please ask nicely and offer to tip them hard workers please they deserve it. There was only one thing that was a miss and it was minor but again the superior customer service took over and they fixed it immediately which was impressive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if not REQUIRE you to choose Speer flooring because you will not be disappointed. Larry is truly a humble man and I thank God for him and his crew.

Larry understood exactly which flooring would compliment our new cabinets and countertops. It doesn't take long to realize his knowledge and expertise on flooring is second to none. The floors have been in for over a week and my wife and I still find ourselves saying "I sure do love these floors".Dan and Paulo are very skilled and professional installers who were a pleasure to have in our home. Their planning and vision allowed for a successful completion to our kitchen remodel.Thank you to Larry and the crew.

I just had flooring replaced in my kitchen and landing area. From finally finding the perfect material (after looking in a least 15 other shops) to receiving the owner's ideas and input at my home, to the quote, to the job being completed, the experience was all excellent all around. There were tricky areas in my kitchen, and Speer Flooring handled it all with no problems. This was the most professional home upgrade I have experienced. Huge thanks to Larry, Gustavo, and the team.

Larry, the owner, is quite knowledgeable and moves quickly. I let him know I was on a timeline and he hopped in his truck to do my measurements the same day. He made sure the floor I chose was in stock and picked a great transition even when the ones for my specific brand were backordered. I couldn't be happier with his crew, the install team are great at thier job very friendly and so fast! The floors are impeccable.

Larry did a huge flooring job for my family, ripping out some really gross carpeting and installing vinyl plank in an over 1400 sq ft area.First of all, Larry is the greatest guy you'll ever work with, kind, courteous and personable. Unlike most contractors I've worked with in the past, he showed up when he said he would with plenty of workers and got a gigantic job done is a very short amount of time. All the t's were crossed, and all the i's were dotted! The final job was perfect and everything was finished as promised.Larry made a real difference for our family by coming through and being such a stand up guy. Kind of restored my faith in humanity a bit. ? plus the upgrade to the house was immediate and worth every penny of the very fair price that we paid.Long story short, Speer Floors is the place to go!!
